Breakfast was included and great at the hotel. Great location to access broadway/times square.

Everything was amazing!! BUT…. The lighting in the rooms were not great. The carpets were not great… the space we had was efficient to what we needed. The staff was AMAZING!!!! Very helpful and friendly..

Niki on reception was absolutely a true professional and remembered me from my previous stay as did several members of staff from the door men to upstairs in the lounge. Bravo to all and as a solo traveller that made my trip very special. Sonia in the lounge was gracious and charming as always and I never felt alone. A true sign of a good hotel. I note some small minor changes. Real glasses in the lounge. Attention to detail such as bath robes and slippers. These are small details but are very comforting to see a property improving all the time. It's a well used hotel and some signs of wear and tear which is to be expected. Bed was bery very comfortable beautifully made each day and my room was cleaned to perfection each day! I am looking forward to coming back in the next 6 months. Thank you to all the team. John

this is not a 5 star hotel...very misleading. Tiny room. No hair dryer. No laundry bag. Restaurant is fine for breakfast but dinner is very weak and I was told I had to pay the hefty per diem meal charge as part of my stay. Rating criteria?

Great friendly service and wonderful rooms and extras like happy hour

Great location, and lounge for breakfast, coffee and evening drinks really useful.

The hotel staff was lovely and very accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to events and entertainment. The breakfast and dinner was a nice option for a busy schedule. There was also a beautiful sitting area in the lobby, which we used in the evenings to plan our next day. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Breakfast left a lot to be desired but other

The daily happy hour is three hours long and includes complimentary beer and wine and lite noshes. Breakfast was fantastic and had something for everyone. GREAT location. Subway is just a few steps away. This is our new favorite property in NYC.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with a subway entrance outside the door and walking distance to major attractions.

Also, when we ordered our rooms online, our final price was $2793 ($1396/each). On our emailed invoice, the total price was $2890 ($1445/each). Lastly, we were charged $3640 ($1820/each). The pricing of the rooms do not match depending on which website you check. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
