Wish hotel had night time safety measures, key entry to enter hotel or elevator. Breakfast/wine hour very mid-would not book based off of food. Would book again based off location, cleanliness.

Dear Hotel Team, I checked out of the hotel on July 14, and it has now been more than a month, but I still have not received the refund of my security deposits. There were two separate deposits made: the first was USD 100, and the second was over USD 800. The hotel is nicely situated and within walking distance of central park, times square/broadway, nbc studios. The staff were friendly throughout our stay. There was a food/snack area but that was the only “lounging” type of space. The rooms are small which is normal for NYC, but trying to sit and eat something or relax there could be difficult as some guests were using the space for business mtngs

Very clean Staff was very friendly Parking next door was very convenient and discounted for the hotel Breakfast was provided although we skipped it because we like our coffee walking through Central Park It felt like we were only a couple of blocks from everywhere

We loved the complimentary wine & cheese hour, snacks, beverages, and continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff on all shifts. Clean, creative decor in room. We will definitely return.

The property is in a awesome location being a short walk from Central Park and the Theater district. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening wine/cheese was an extra nice free addition that set the hotel apart. I would definitely stay here again.
