I stayed one night on 2nd floor. The room was clean, compact and had all necessities. Next time I will opt for a room on a higher floor or in the back of the hotel in order to minimize outdoor noises and for a better view. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast, the wine & cheese hour plus coffee and snacks (available 24/7) were included with the stay. Breakfast had a great range of items (replenished frequently.). Lots of dining choices in the area. Close to Central Park for a morning stroll.

Great location... and wine!
-
Great place, well positioned in the city, with honest pricing and an excellent value for it. Wonderful staff. Extremely clean!

my room was spacious and functional.

Great location, modern rooms and bathrooms, nice complimentary breakfast and happy hour wine. Also appreciated the 12 PM check-out time!

Charged me “facility fee” at checkout for beverages service that another employee repeatedly told me was included all along. Yet, the explanation that was provided at checkout was that I evidently agreed to it when I signed to check in as well as when booking online. I told them nobody reads those things (and these “policies” don’t hold up in court as even “informed consents” for medical procedures don’t either). At least offer the customer service to verbally iterate it to the customers at check in. That doesn't take much effort. But I chose not to deal with the employee’s smirk face anymore. I spent enough money on this trip, and this felt like such an inconvenient hidden fee. At least put in a little more effort naming it something other than a “facility fee”. People already pay to stay and use the facility and to call it that is not only redundant but also nonesense. What a disappointment and a bad taste at the end of a nice trip.

Such a great experience! Would definitely stay there again. The amenities were amazing and the staff so friendly. And the room was pristine!

This our 2nd visit to NYC and have made reservations both times at this hotel. It is perfectly located. But, the reason we love staying here is because of the people. Elijah and Pablo (and I am sorry I didnt catch the names of the others) are so warm and welcoming. Complimentary continental breakfast in the morning and a daily wine hour in the eveningl alows you to socialize and connect to people from all over.

Great location right by Central Park and broadway

Everything in the room is new and modern. The hotel is nice and quiet. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The breakfast is not glamorous, but has many options and saves you from having to go out scouting. The afternoon wine and snacks is a nice break after driving into town & checking in. The staff are all very nice and helpful.

This is the nicest and best value hotel I’ve ever stayed at in NYC. A 1st class hotel at half the price. Perfectly clean and new, location central to most attractions and subway lines, and very friendly staff! I will stay here every time I visit NYC going forward

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Loved the wine reception and breakfast amenities. Rooms are small but expected for New York. Everything was clean and updated. Will definitely start here again next time I'm on town.
