The room was fine and relatively quiet. I had to ask 5 times for extra pillows. Very central location and easy to access the subway. Lots of food options around! Walkable to Times Square... Even in heels!

We were there to go to a concert at Carnegie Hall. The location was perfect. We only were there for one evening and we loved your hotel. We love the convenience to be able to walk to all of our locations. The hotel was very nice.

Room was large and comfy and the hotel is in a great location. Could use some updating (carpets, furniture, elevators), but for the price, I doubt there was a better opportunity in NYC midtown. We’d definitely stay here again.

The maid came in my room as I just checked in, the hotel manager called me 30 minutes later to ask me to move room and realized it was a mistake from her part. As I went back to my room after my show at the Beacon Theater during that evening around 10:45 PM and all my belongings were gone from my room? The hotel security was alerted, but none of my items were found in the Lost & Found facility, until another security employe did a further investigasion and found my items in another occupied guest room. At that point it was already midnight. As I spoked to the Park Central Hotel manager in the morning about my experience that night, she totally denied wrong doing from their part and blamed it on a failure from their system even as told her that my belongings were scattered in an other guest room, as the security person brought them back to me out of my travel bag. She offered me a 50% discount on my bill but no real sincere apologize. Another guest heard my complains as I was talking to the security management that evening and mention many issues with her stay at the hotel as well.

The hotel is in a great location and it is extremely comfortable. The staff are amazing especially our cleaner who was lovely, helpful and great to chat to. Nothing was a problem for her and we really appreciated her help.
