Everything was great! From the room to the staff! This is my go to place to stay when I’m in NYC!
-
All amenities and breakfast were excellent.
-
All the staff from reception to bell boy everyone were welcoming. I would definitely stay again. Location was so great subway, food, shopping, tourist spots everything was just walking distance. A small con is there is 1 main elevator due to elevator renovation so can be busy during times. There are service elevators too to use during those times.

We found our go to place when we visit New York again. The rooms were spacious compared to what you would get anywhere else and the breakfast was very good also better than other items we have been to. Staff was super kind and friendly. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!

Fantastic location right next to some iconic spots, as well as subway stations. Easy to commute to. Staff were lovely, especially the housekeeping team, so lovely. The escalators were annoying. For 25 floors of rooms there were only three elevators which were not the biggest to begin with. It’d be often the case that you’d ring for the elevator, wait 5-10 mins and it be completely full and few times this cycle happened few times in a row.

Such a cute suite! The doorman were all the best 10 out of 10 so nice and helpful. Some elevators are being a renovated we used the service elevators but never had to wait and they were nice and clean. We would definitely stay again. The water pressure is amazing. My only request is better coffee creamer in the room. :)

Excellent Hotel Clean nice staff great location

The room was spacious, the gym was nice, some of the staff were nice I asked for late check out because of special circumstances - our flight had been delayed and we only arrived at 2 am instead of the planned 10pm. I knew it would be very hard to wake my son up and get us out the room on time - he had been traveling for 16 hours and had missed the previous nights sleep- and explained this clearly. They could only offer a late check out for a fee - not such nice customer service to begin with. I agreed to pay $50 for an hour later checkout at 12. As I was trying to leave the room at about 12:15- trying to close my bags and get my two children out the room (after begging for more time) the supervisor came and knocked on my door, insisted the door was kept open and made me feel extremely uncomfortable for being late. She talked to us harshly and unpleasantly and wouldn't give my son privacy to go to the bathroom ("what's he doing in there...".) it was extremely unpleasant and spoiled the whole stay. There was no grace or understanding or respect, we were paying guests at the hotel and were made to feel that the minute 12 o'clock came around we were treated like criminals.

Location and staff are great. Size of room decent. The elevators are limited and mean you have to plan extra time for your journey. The room and balcony did not look like the pictures at all. Dated and slightly musty.
-
It’s location. Just a few blocks from Central Park, FAO Schwarz, Nintendo saw and Lego stores. Bathroom sink drained slowly. On our last day, the toilet bowl overflowed due to the water tank valve staying in the up position. Only one working elevator in the front; but they had two in the back at least.
-
Too few elevators were working. Extremely loud window ACs in the room. Strange outdate furniture.

We were very pleased with the Manhattan Club! Super awesome staff. Very friendly!! The decor is dated, but I didn’t mind. It’s nostalgic. The rooms were perfect for our small group 3. 2 bathrooms is amazing to find in NYC. The kitchenette was not needing repairs, but we were mostly there to restore sleep and go again! Try to get a room that doesn’t look at a brick wall. That was a bummer, but it was good for sleep. Very clean and room refreshed daily!!
