Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff was the highlight for us! everyone was so pleasant and helpful, especially Anthony and Faisal. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, Spacious and comfortable and fully stocked with anything that you may need for the stay. Great location if you’re going to shows or adventuring around to restaurants or central park.

It was bang in the middle of Manhattan and accessible to everywhere . Particularly liked the fact that the one bedroom suite had 2 toilets and bathrooms . Genius Elevators were being fixed during our stay so there was a long wait time .

Good value and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and pleasanr. Elevators are being worked on and delays experienced as only one available. However, they were upfront about the issue and allowed freight elevators to be used .
