Mixed feelings about this hotel. It could benefit from a decor and overall conditions refresh. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, the pillows could be firmer. The bathroom amenities products are nice. The lighting is horrible: they should favor warm comforting lighting over cool harsh lighting in the rooms. Also I don’t understand why there is not bedside lighting on each side of the bed. A coffee machine and/or an electric kettle would be a nice addition. The staff is nice. The location is convenient.

Overall great place. The room needed more light in it. It also needed blackout curtains at night! The signs for the stores across the street illuminated the room even with the blinds closed!

Location was perfect. Staff at desk and porters were very helpful and nice. Kevin at concierge desk was wonderful! Gave us very good info and was personable.

A great European-like, modern hotel in an amazing location. Staff was wonderful. Access in and out of the hotel super easy. The Serafina restaurant in the lobby was amazing and very affordable for the area.

Excellent shower and shampoo, soaps, etc were really nice. But the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not functioning and it was difficult to apply makeup! Room was small and no view but the staff was very courteous and professional.

Great stay at the dream for a girls weekend. We got a complimentary upgrade to share the same floor. Rooms are a good size for NYC and the price. The only downfall was the rooftop not being open but we had a wonderful time at the other restaurants! Our cleaning lady was beyond wonderful and polite!
