Great location, spacious room

My husband and I stayed for two nights and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed this hotel! It was also so convenient to everything and located right in the heart of Times Square and several subway stations so we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again!

Shower has good water pressure. There is no coffee machine but they do offer free bottled water every day and coffee/tea in the morning. overall, a pleasant stay and would consider staying again.

We have a person with a disability in our family. During our stay, the elevator stopped working. We couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t possible for us to come downstairs. We were only able to use the elevator and come downstairs for one day.

The hotel location is close to places we plan to visit, near shops, and subway stations. It is also clean and staff are very helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to New York City.

Good value for money, very conveniently located.

RUDE service, CREEPY men outside, and BLEACH filled bathroom. I live in NYC and booked this room for my mother and I am well aware that NYC hotels are small and people are sketchy, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! The check-in clerk seemed to hate her job as she was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. She was condescending, rude, and never looked up at me or my mom during check-in. The room was so tiny it was not enough room for two people to stand next to each other. It felt like a dark basement with no sunlight; even in the daytime. The bathroom reeked of bleach and burned my mother's eyes when she took a shower. The air conditioner was so loud she couldn't sleep. There was a man standing in the front of the hotel with his hands moving around INSIDE OF HIS PANTS standing directly behind two doormen that were seemingly in a deep conversation. My sister got out of the car and told the doorman and they went inside the hotel and continued their conversation without confronting the man or even asking him to move! There are too many hotel options in the city to have to put up with this level of stress and lack of service.

Location excellent for midtown. Big bathroom, clean room. Not Ameritania’s fault, but currently the facade is scaffolded and construction is happening. Also the neighboring property is currently unused, so there are homelessness issues out front of that property. Neither issue should keep you from booking with Ameritania.

I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. However, it did have a good tourist location.

It was close to wicked on broadway and the room was cold and comfortable Elevator broke while we were heading to 11 th floor. Had to walk up 11 flights of stairs after the show and in am elevator still broken had to take the stairs down. Awful.

This hotel was good bff or our needs. We slept and kept going. However, the beds seemed small especially for my 6’0” husband and brother. But it was very affordable and in a great area. The staff was so awesome!! I would definitely come back!!

Very good

This hotel has an excellent location. It's on 54th and Broadway. Everything you need is within walking distance. The price was good. Staff was extremely friendly. We had a few extra requests before our arrival and everything was prepared for us. This is not a super modern hotel. It might need some renovation here and there, but it was clean, comfortable, and for NY the price was good. WiFi worked without issues. There could be a bit more storage space for clothes. I definitely recommend this hotel. I traveled with my son and we felt comfortable.

Convenient, comfortable, good location. Didn't mind small room, but the poor lighting/darkness was not so great. Would stay again. Met Mt needs.

Well located to the theatre district. Very small rooms with few amenities. Very suitable for a decent place to stay.
