Lovely queen room 21st floor Excellent location close to times square and central park The wayer took 20 minutes easc day to heat up for our shower

This is a nice place to stay in midtown Manhattan. It’s convenient to Broadway and Central Park. The rooms are well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave. The beds and linens are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the bellhops. The elevators can be a bit slow during peak times, but they were not terrible. Overall it’s a pretty good value.

Great location for our travel purpose

Great location, decent sized room, quality furnishings, quiet, great bed, and good housekeeping service. This hotel is woefully underserved in the elevator department. There are three small elevators for 30+ floors of hotel rooms and usually only two were working. You frequently had to wait 10+ minutes for one on the upper floors to get down and you were usually waiting in a line in the lobby for an elevator to go up. And what’s worse is that the housekeeping staff uses the same elevators and jams it up even more. It’s hard to believe that this complies with building codes. Also, there are ice machines only on every 5 or 6 floors so you have to use the elevator for that too.

No breakfast included. The cleaning staff were great—they quickly figured out when we were likely away and cleaned then, which was thoughtful. Amazing location. Only issues with the room were the TV (VERY finicky, remote semi unusable), and the AC unit (worked great, but constantly made loud sounds)

perfect location - near everything you would want to see but not in the thick of things, also hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is much nicer than the reviews may lead you to believe. I would stay there again and midtown is the best location. Also very close to 7th Ave subway so easy to commute. nothing

Location & self-Laundry Demotivated staff, unhelpful, and avoid fixing problems. The only exception is the cleaning staff. Few operating elevators, so a long wait throughout the day. Harassing Hilton marketers near the elevator, add to the frustration. Disappointing SHOP kiosk, with no healthy options for snacks, and broken coffee machine most of the days, mainly due to overfilled coffee waste and no one to clean. Will not stay in this property again.

I got placed in an accessible room and everytime I showered water would get everywhere.

Location and staff were great. Bed was uncomfortable. Tub was extremely slow draining.

The location is perfect ! The staff is great and what I like the most is that you get your room clean everyday ! Perfect clean ! I did not have a problem with the elevators. Everything was perfect ! I don’t have anything negative to say.
