The room was clean and the bathroom was decent; however, the shower had two shampoos and no body wash. Our biggest issues had to do with the wifi and tv. The tv remote was not working when we checked in, I tried to call the front desk and no one picked up. The staff texts you to check on your stay, so I tried getting help through there for the remote and our difficulties with the wifi. They sent someone up, but that person walked right into our room after knocking- I was getting dressed while my husband was taking a nap and it was very weird that they let themselves in without waiting for us to answer the door. This person brought a new remote. We left for dinner and a show and on our way back in afterwards we stopped at the front desk. We asked about the wifi, which the front desk staff said we should "forget the network" and reconnect. It worked in the lobby, but disconnected once we got upstairs. We also asked about the shower amenities and they said they would send someone up- which they did with a bottle that we swapped ourselves. We showered and got comfy then went to use the tv and had problems with the remote again. My husband went back downstairs. A person came back up with him and tried out a 3rd remote. This one finally worked. This guy also tried to help with our wifi issues but was unsuccessful. Upon checkout we reiterated all these issues and we're told that because no one noted on our stay that we had issues there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing.

The staff (especially the Davons and Harrison) was so gracious and hospitable and went above and beyond including helping us store surprise cupcakes for our friend making his Broadway debut and sorting early check-ins and late check outs! The beds were large, comfortable with excellent sheets and bedding and fabulous towels. Unlike many NYC hotels, there was great lighting and space to get ready in the beautiful bathroom. I miss bathrobes in hotel rooms and although the coffee was great, the creamer and sugar options could use an upgrade. Also note, the iron gets VERY HOT, so be careful and put down a towel to avoid hurting any clothing. Oh and the location is everything. Steps from great markets, nail salons, theaters and restaurants. Though cabs are also easy to grab right outside the entrance. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Friendly staff and transparent prices (without hiddden taxes which is rare for NYC) at the Booking page. Fire alarm during the night but it happens.:)

Room was small, to be expected in NYC. Location was great, easy access to Times Square, Central Park and the subway. Breakfast buffet at onsite restaurant is okay. Fitness center is basic. The only complaint I had is with the bed, which was very firm and uncomfortable. Overall a good experience!

Staff was extremely helpful and responsive especially for such a big and busy hotel. They noticed us checking out and put us right in one of their luxury cars to the airport at a very fair price.

The locations is outstanding and for a reasonable price. The standard was usual Hilton standard. The fridge and microwave were a nice feature. Bed was comfortable with super comfy Hilton pillows. We did wait a long time for the lifts at times but not so long that it disturbed us too much.
