Also, we missed our first night of the hotel because of a flight cancellation due to the weather in New York, I went ahead and messaged the hotel the night it was canceled, and upon arrival the next day staff did not help whatsoever claiming that we did not inform them, but we literally have a receipt message saying that we didn’t inform them. Don’t stay here go to another hotel if possible.

The staff was nice. The room was small but comfortable. The location was very convenient. The ice machine was not conveniently located. The room was clean. The hotel was very busy but the room was quiet.

This was a great location near Broadway, Central Park, cruise terminal, subway, and many great restaurants.

Very disappointed in the hotel. It is badly designed - the common parts are cheap and tacky. The rooms are small, have inadequate lighting, a shower that floods the bathroom, only one chair, insufficient storage and I would not class it as 4 star and it is overpriced. The internet crashed for 5 hours. The bar was empty and the eating area is like a school canteen. I did not complain whilst I was there as I was very busy and because my wife was taken ill which was very upsetting. I should have done.

At that time, it was promised by the manager that my stay for Friday would be fully refunded. To date, only a partial refund has been issued. My attempts to resolve this discrepancy over the phone have yielded zero answers, and I was recently left on hold for over an hour.

The rooms are very small and cramped. House cleaning was late on one day and wasn't done in the 2nd day. Location is good.
