Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan / Central Park

My first time in New York and they helped out a lot. Took my bags while I waited in on my room as I flew in earlier than my booking. I had a great time and every time I got back to my room, my room was cleaned and spotless with fresh towels. Thanks!

Great hotel in a perfect location near Central Park and Times Square. The rooms were very clean, the AC kept things perfectly cool, and the front desk staff was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Close to Times square and central park, easy to walk everywhere and close to subway. Room was clean, though water was HOT coming out of the taps. Suited all of our needs for a family get away-room is small for 4 people but it's NYC and was expected

Great location, clean and modern rooms with decent space, and helpful friendly staff.

I asked in January 2026 when i booked the room for a park or city view. The room I was given was very small, with a view of construction sites and loud noise 24/7. Very disappointing i was given a room next to a construction site.

It honestly just seems like the staff is stretched way beyond their capacity - the rooms are missing some basic coffee items like creamers and when you try to reach housekeeping or front desk, no one picks up. I think at some point they just decided to let the phones ring given their busy morning. God help you if you have a checkout and a flight to catch, as we did. It took at least 15 more calls, of which 3 were picked up, and 40 minutes to get a simple request fulfilled. Same was the case with a request for a shaving kit, which was requested the previous night and fulfilled the following morning. To top it all off, their room ACs had some issues due to which the compressor kept shutting off, and had to be reset at 2:30am on a hot and humid night. This issue happened across two rooms so was not an isolated incident. Thankfully the person came within 10-15 minutes of the complaint despite the late hour, but I’m not sure if they have anyone checking the rooms to make sure they’re fit to be assigned to guests.

I found the room was very small, decor was red and charcoal- very dark. And the lighting was not great. Overall very dark. But staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were nice and concierge was very helpful Dirty, no lobby to rest, rooms were not very clean
