The room was clean, beds were super comfy. It was nice to have multiple pillows each and to have a thick duvet! (Most hotels only provide a sheet!) The AC in the room was wonderful, so refreshing to walk into a cool room after a hot day! Bathroom was clean and toiletries provided were lovely!! Only a 5 minute walk to the beaches and shops, nearby to restaurants and entertainment. But not too near where you could hear it at night! 10/10 would stay here again if I was to be back in Miami. Also have attached a picture of the view from outside the hotel The only downside was that the pool was unavailable. The manager herself called and apologised for the inconvenience and helped provide us a partial refund! Obviously this is not the hotels fault and thing happen!! 10/10 service!!

Great value for location. Facilities were well kept and very clean. There were no curtains or shades on widows facing the street. It felt very invasive for person on top bunk nearest the windows. Also the direct sun makes the room very hot. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was very very uncomfortably hot most of our stay.

Great location and friendly staff "Pods" are just regular hostel beds that don't even have curtains most of the way around the bed. No privacy, no soundproofing. I got particularly unlucky with my roommates (not the hostel's fault of course), so could barely sleep most nights I was there.

Front desk staff were accommodating during early check in (didn’t like having to pay extra for 12pm check in, but i needed it). They let me choose bottom bunk, maybe cause I was one of the first to check in and they had availability. Staff were friendly and cleaners kept it all clean and garbage free! Brought a lock and stored my backpack in lockers as storage before and after checkout. Would stay again for a quick weekend trip when travelling solo
