The hotel is so strategic. Close to central park. Close to Apple store 5th ave. Good staff. Good sleep. Good internet connection. Safe and comfort hotel with good price Everything is fine

Good location close to the Times Square and Central Park. There was private bathroom which was clean and the roommates were nice. The noise is horrible, my room was facing the main street and there are 24/7 honking and police/ambulance sirens. Make sure you get good earplugs. They only give you a bed sheet to cover yourself, but that’s not enough and you have to ask for a blanket. Just add it by default.

Location is incredibly convenient. Very dirty, there was food spread in the whole floor, toilet paper, and even a lost nail, no one cleaned the bedroom or the bathroom while i was there, there is only one bathroom per room, (one shower with the toilet inside) and one unit extra per floor, a guy woke up early and started drying his shoes with the hair dryer, and once the sink is outside he woke up everyone, there was also a really sick person. Also there were no blankets, they only give you a sheet and a towel. Per the price that they charge, a blanket was the minimum.

I stayed at this accommodation from September 19–22, 2026, and as a solo traveler, I can definitely recommend it. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to both Central Park and Times Square, with a subway station nearby. The room was clean, as were the shared areas and the small kitchen. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and cleanliness. There are just a couple of small things that could be improved. I would have appreciated a little more light in the room. Also, since there was a bunk bed in the room, the whole bed moved slightly whenever the person on the other bunk moved. However, the beds themselves were comfortable, and it wasn't a major issue during my stay.

Great location, good value. I really appreciated the option to pay for an early check in. I know they’re working on the privacy curtains due to a city ordinance, but that affected our experience a little bit. And I wish they’d bolt the bunk beds to the wall so they don’t wobble so much. I also didn’t know they were planning to close our bathroom down during our stay so that was slightly inconvenient. Fortunately there was another bathroom and shower right down the hall from us.

The location is perfect, room was clean, Alicia is an amazing person. The night was cold and noisy, window was open all the time, no blanket provided, so sleeping wasn’t a thing.

Location is great, walking distance to Broadway, Times Square and Central Park. Pods were comfortable and clean. Lockers are spacious. Specifically in my pod the fan was not working but was not needed because the room had air conditioning. In a hotter season could be required.
