I love how big was the room, the location is amazing, clean mostly. The problem I had with this hotel is they took hold of 580$ from my credit card without my permission. They didn’t even ask me if that the card I wanted to use for credit hold. I have other bookings on this card and with that hold it might be declined. So I wanted to explain that to the receptionist and his response was “ well, every hotel must make hold here” I told him I didn’t see that on booking. He literally said “ well you can write that in your review “ I was shocked how rude those employees were, like they really don’t care for what your trip’s plans. So after talking to the manager (yes I had to talk to the manager !) she finally was able to switch the hold to another card and placed the release for the old one, which got back to my account after three business days. So yeah, those carless receptions don’t really care about your comfort here. Another thing was when we arrived no one helped us with our baggages, we had to pull the bags cart and put our six bags on it and took it to the elevator, then the help came. Not because they have a quality service but because they wouldn’t allow customers to take the bags cart with them up to the room. Anyway, the building, location were good, just be careful with the poor/unclear service in the reception.

The hotel was fantastic and the location was perfect. Lobby and bar were very vibey and room was the most spacious I've ever had in the city. I mentioned I was taking my kids to the city for the first time and they sent treats to our room and upgraded us to have lounge access. We were so pleased with the hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

The junior suites are amazing. Perfect size to relax and have some space. Very comfortable! Location is fantastic. It’s pricey!

Room on the 20th floor was great. We always stay here when we come into nyc. Easy subway access to everything and so much is walkable within 15 mins of hotel.
