Hilton Club The Quin New York

We’ve stayed at the big Hilton 3 years ago but this one was so much better! Proper showers, clean rooms, attentive staff. If we come back to NYC, this is definitely the hotel we will stay at

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable room, welcoming staff. Good and respectful housekeeping. One of the elevators went out which created a big line, but staff jumped on it to resolve it and assisted guests through service elevator, and elevator was fixed by the next day.

Lovely restaurant for breakfast off of the lobby. Wish I had time to stop in for a drink and appetizer. Very comfortable room with walk-in shower Early checkout at 10. The earliest in the city.

Very nice hotel, right next to Central Park and minutes from the subway. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure

If we ever visit New York again, we will be staying here. Great location and fantastic staff.

We have been staying here for 10- 11 years, even before Hilton took over the property. It used to be much better. Great renovation, but since the last time we stayed here services have dropped. Check out is now 10 AM and check-in is a ridiculous 4 PM. $650 a night for a Junior suite in a “ five star” hotel and you’re telling me there’s no more turn down service? Sounds like this has turned into a four star hotel that kept 5 star prices. And the concierge trying to sign us up for a time share/ownership meeting is so tacky. I doubt we will be staying here again in the future.

Awesome stay. Tanesha at the front desk is wonderful and so welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and great value.

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional, which made our enjoyable. We loved being able to walk to Central Park and easily explore the surrounding area. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and the location is perfect for exploring the city without being right in the middle of all the noise and crowds.

Wonderful! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Incredibly kind and efficient staff. We were constantly greeted and never had to wait for anything. Everything was very clean & we enjoyed the large clean & comfy room, bed and bathroom! Loved the Nespresso maker in our room, robes, slippers, umbrella (came in handy) & fresh cold water refill in the gym. Great WiFi & easy screen cast directions to watch our own stuff. Our room was cleaned & anything we needed or asked for they brought right up. It’s a perfect location, clean & safe surroundings. Morton William’s Market right across the street had everything we could need for food, snacks, & dessert but also a Walgreens. We walked to Grand Central Station, Times Square & all the way to Union Square & all of Central Park with no problems

We really enjoyed the hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was very friendly, and the location was ideal.

The location was great, short walk to 5th Ave, Central Park, subway etc and out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms serviced and cleaned every day was awesome. Staff were great.

Location was perfect, close enough to all attractions but away from the chaos of Times Square. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, highly recommend this hotel!
