Needs new towels

The Quinn was welcoming, conveniently located, contemporary in styling and elegant. The staff were prompt and friendly. The Quinn was exceptionally clean. The interior design of the hotel rooms was exceptional using every space available for both function and appearance. The bathroom was exquisite. I stayed in the first level of rooms which would easily accommodate two people comfortably. The lobby had two lounges one with liquid refreshment for those waiting for whatever reason. Though I did not use the amenities myself, those I spoke with who did were very pleased.

Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bathrooms are nice and the shower had great water pressure and perfectly hot water. Roomy mini fridge in the room was great for drinks and leftovers.

Staff was excellent, made the experience that much better

Room was clean, open, well appointed. Staff were readily available and helpful. Provided discounts for local restaurants and accurate descriptions for food. Location was useful for us.

Excellent location, facilities and staff. I was in town for UNGA week and got so lucky booking the last room available here, and even got an amazing deal for the quality of service/location and all things considered. My room was spacious and had excellent range of toiletries/amenities. Every staff member was super friendly. Housekeeping called me to double check if I wanted my room cleaned since I had my DND sign up while working, which I really appreciate. Would def consider staying here again.

The front desk allowed us early check in. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty and we had to call housekeeping. The blackout shade was broken and would not close past halfway which may sleep difficult as we were facing the street. Room size was good for NYC and was clean. Shower door did not keep water inside the shower so the bathroom floor was wet

Stunning hotel. The room was large, stylish and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the bar/restaurant was superb, food was amazing. We had 3 hotels throughout our stay in NYC and this was by far the best!

Our room 1606 was so quiet and peaceful. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect with Angelo’s pizza and a bodega right next door. So close to Central Park and 5 th ave. Loved it!

Great spot. Lots if dining options No pull in to unload luggage. Doormen aren’t running out to assist

Great area and the hotel and the people who works there are the best. I definitely recommend it to stay in New York.

The room and bathroom needs more attention, the hallways carpet smelling like never been cleaned.

Clean and functional, good location.

Great property in a good location

The location was great. Very close to Central Park. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was only an overnight day, but it was so enjoyable.

Its location is very good. Especially being close to Central Park makes it easy to go for morning walks. And it's close to everywhere. "The room wasn't what I expected; it was cramped. I couldn't even be sure if it was actually a Deluxe King Studio. Sometimes I feel like they give you leftover, less desirable rooms on bookings made through Booking.com. We waited way too long for the elevators—they are inadequate. After the reception desk, the customer service representative standing in between insisted that we join their loyalty program, even though we had just arrived from a 13-hour flight, and it was hard to get away from them. That’s really not pleasant. Aside from that, the cleanliness and the overall staff were up to the standard you'd expect at Hilton. But personally, I think the price charged for this room was too high."
