Great location, my room was on the smaller side but cozy ( loved the window bench), Overall, I had a good stay

clothes. There is no chest for drawers. The lighting switches are confusing but figured them out. Even on the full lighting, the room is dim. The staff was great.

Great set up, yummy breakfasts and brilliant location Some staff a bit up their own rear ends. Bar closed very early for what and where it is. Scaffolding all over which wasn't mentioned on booking.com.

Loved the details and the eco friendly approach done in a mindful manner. Enjoyed the nooks and areas of comfort provided. The feel of fabrics, design and live plants everywhere were gorgeous. A few more hooks for hanging jackets, towels.

I would not stay here again but the food was very good and shower water pressure was awesome. Room set up was not convenient, lights were confusing, room did not cool properly, floors creaked, terrible view from window, TV and remote were slow, and staff was helpful.

spa-like refuge from the NYC chaos. The staff went above and beyond to welcome our daughter since it was her first trip to the city. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to the city!
