Check-in was delayed 2 hours after I arrived. To make it worse, it was iterative, 15 minutes at a time, so I was essentially trapped in the lobby. Eventually a suite was opened up as an upgrade, but only after I complained vigorously that the delay was unacceptable. Clearly this could have happened much sooner. Nobody bothered to follow up. A $500 discount on my stay was supposedly entered in front of me, but never showed up. The various emails to the Ritz to inquire about this missing discount have gone unanswered. Do better!

Spectacular stay. Pricey, but it’s the ritz. To be expected. Rooms and hotel property were spotless. Staff was spectacular. Location was wonderful. Would recommend.

It was a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond. The king park view room was really nice too! Wonderful! Will stay again! Doormen were also amazing.

location door man opposite the park so it was amazing morning walk and making nice excircles NO SPA ! restaurants all around corner difficult to get uber coffee at lobby in morning no coffee or tea pots in room ! basic staff in mini bar should be there ! water to be served at rooms

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for a 5 night stay in NYC. Staff were friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was exceptional

Aside from the location, nothing at the hotel was worth the price. The rooms had a terrible smell and felt cramped and poorly designed.
