Hilton members, we were given very low floors. A bit noisy on lower floors. Cannot store luggage overnight even though I have a booking the next day.

Room was clean. Sheets and pillows were crisp and clean. Pillows were very comfortable. Black out shades and thermostat were both key for perfect sleeping conditions. Front desk was kind and always helpful.

Everything about this property was exceptional - from the welcoming doorman to the unexpected amenities. The staff was phenomenal, the room/bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was comfy. The location is prime. The elevators were quick. Great experience all around!

Great location. Very large room. Accommodating staff. I have a few minor comments about the checkout process. First, the checkout time is 10:00, which is relatively early, so I inquired about a late checkout. The response was that I can ask about a late checkout at 7:00 at the day of departure, which is too late if your plans depend on the late checkout. Also, when I checked out, the clerk just used the credit card that was in the system without asking me about it. Then, I requested to get the receipt via e-mail, and she told me that this was impossible since I booked the hotel through a third party. However, I stayed in this hotel 7 months ago and then there was no such problem.

Large rooms for NY. Staff very supportive and cheerful. Large shower. Easy walk to Central Park and restaurants. Subway close. Luxury shopping nearby.

Quiet area, spacious room, very helpful staff. They didn't clean and tidy the room until after we complained at the reception.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the fixtures in the bathroom were nice. Thats about it. Absolutely not worth the money. Towels were tiny, no soft close toilet seats, water pools heavily in the shower, pillows small and uncomfortable for a king, the staff was unbelievably rude on several occasions, cleaning tries to come at 9am which is way too early and then give you a hard time to circle back, the door to the shower/room wouldnt slide and therefore not open, one elevator was down most of the time making getting up and down slow, the clothes steamer didnt work and got calcium buildup all over clothes, the chairs had gross stains all over them, the night lamps on the bed didnt have bulbs which made reading or soft lighting impossible at night, the door to the bathroom doesnt close all the way limiting privacy. The biggest and most annoying was definitely the tiny towels that are extremely rough.

Perfect location for Central Park and most of the iconic landmarks of NYC. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing only few minutes from the central park and great restaurants around that area. The receptionist Sheryl was really great. She was very welcoming.
