Clean, modern and a great location. Big comfortable bed which is always a bonus! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly, Jonathon on the front desk - thank you for helping me with my requests! Ventilator in bathroom made an unusual/loud noise when the light was on

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Hilton Club West 57 and could not have been happier with our stay! From the moment we arrived, Kristina gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. She immediately made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain the hotel’s location, nearby amenities, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. The location is truly fantastic — right in the heart of Manhattan, very central, and surrounded by countless restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was incredibly convenient for exploring New York City. Our room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable. We were especially impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. A very special thank you to Régine, who truly made our stay even more memorable. She was always so kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality really stood out, and we are extremely grateful for everything she did for us during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely return to Hilton Club West 57 on our next trip to New York. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The Hilton was very clean, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the location was superb. For us, staying away from the madness of Times Square is important and The Hilton Club is the place for us!

Hilton members, we were given very low floors. A bit noisy on lower floors. Cannot store luggage overnight even though I have a booking the next day.

Room was clean. Sheets and pillows were crisp and clean. Pillows were very comfortable. Black out shades and thermostat were both key for perfect sleeping conditions. Front desk was kind and always helpful.

Everything about this property was exceptional - from the welcoming doorman to the unexpected amenities. The staff was phenomenal, the room/bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was comfy. The location is prime. The elevators were quick. Great experience all around!

I have a few minor comments about the checkout process. First, the checkout time is 10:00, which is relatively early, so I inquired about a late checkout. The response was that I can ask about a late checkout at 7:00 at the day of departure, which is too late if your plans depend on the late checkout. Also, when I checked out, the clerk just used the credit card that was in the system without asking me about it. Then, I requested to get the receipt via e-mail, and she told me that this was impossible since I booked the hotel through a third party. However, I stayed in this hotel 7 months ago and then there was no such problem.
