The hotel doesn't exist anymore. It's closed.

Hotel is permantly closed!!!! We were standing in middle of the night in front of closed hotel and had to find another hotel.

Nothing at all We arrived at 6.30pm to find that the hotel had closed down months earlier and no one had informed us. We had a confirmed and paid in advance reservation. Getting a refund just doesn't cut it. I can't express strongly enough how completely inadequate the communication was.

This property has been permanently closed since March but that didn’t stop Booking.com from taking the payment and not letting us know it was closed We showed up at 6pm after flying from London to find it closed and had to pay on the spot for another hotel. It’s been a week and I’ve messaged 7 times and still no response from Booking.com

Nothing. The hotel doesn't exist. I paid the full price in advance and booking.com will not give my money back The hotel doesn't exist. Customer service at booking not helpful and very hard to reach. Very unsatisfied with the experience

No breakfast, the room is a bit shabby, you have to go and ask for the towels, but - the size of the room was big (very unusual for NYC) and the location was perfect!

We never stayed here as it was closed down..I had to go through my bank to get a refund as the property didn't reply to any correspondence!

The only good thing are the location and the comfort of the beds The change us to the Washington by luxurban hotel. The hotel didn’t know about it. They gave us different rooms because it wasn’t planned properly. Bathroom and floor really messy, not good cleaning. The furniture damaged. You have to take two different elevators to get to the room, and it functions very badly. The hotel looks like not taking care at all. Also the bar/ restaurant by the hotel is too loud. Just one man was nice at the reception, the others treat as we have the problem with the reservation. They look really tired.

Didn't get to stay in this hotel because it has closed. Beds in sister hotel, The Washington, were comfortable and location was good. Everything except the beds and the location. No soap, no coffee, minimal lighting. Rude and unwelcoming staff. Didn't get the facilities we paid for so also felt ripped off.

We had to ask for hand soap for the room. Air conditioning. I came home with a cold b/c the window conditioner blew so strong into the room. Our third person slept on the sofa in the living room with no air conditioning. We opened windows.

Our stay was transfered to the Washington hotel, very good location and view from the window at one wtc No hairdrayer, glass and kettel, we cant open the window

We got moved to a new hotel the day before, which was much less value than what we originally paid. Communication of this was the day before despite hotel being closed for 4 weeks prior. Manager was unhelpful and dismissive.

The hotel had been CLOSED for some time. I tried to contact you (Booking.com) but got no response. So had Amex reverse the prepaid charges. I trust you’ll not dispute this.
