The bed is the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel. The location is convenient for shows as well as exploring the rest of the city. I was concerned that I couldn't adjust the thermostat below 67°F, but ended up sleeping comfortably. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I appreciated the fresh water bottles each day, and the room was cleaned immaculately. Like every American hotel, the shower has a low-flow shower head. It would be nice, though, if the shower head were adjustable to concentrate to flow to make it easier to rinse shampoo/conditioner from long or thick hair.

This is the best hotel in New York. Everything is wonderful...staff...location, rooms...services...I strongly recommend to book here! There is no negative thing here!

Overall awesome experience; Great placing; Second to none room service - the asian lady who took care of our room 3613 was SO pleasant and friendly. Prices ara a little higher, but ok.

Waiting for Elevator is a challenge, but you take service elevator. It would be good to tell guests if there’s events with street closing nearby, so they can plan accordingly when trying to check out or leave the area.

The room itself was very nice. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly spacious for a Manhattan room. Bathroom was bright and clean. Only downside was that we could still hear street noise on the 36th floor. Location was convenient to major tourist attractions. Subway stops nearby. Valet service was efficient.

Location was excellent, rooms were perfect and the housekeeping staff were top class. Minor points that didn’t detract overall. The lifts were slow at times due to ongoing upgrades. The bar in the hotel were overpriced in comparison to neighbouring bars.
