Waiting for Elevator is a challenge, but you take service elevator. It would be good to tell guests if there’s events with street closing nearby, so they can plan accordingly when trying to check out or leave the area.

The room itself was very nice. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly spacious for a Manhattan room. Bathroom was bright and clean. Only downside was that we could still hear street noise on the 36th floor. Location was convenient to major tourist attractions. Subway stops nearby. Valet service was efficient.

Location was excellent, rooms were perfect and the housekeeping staff were top class. Minor points that didn’t detract overall. The lifts were slow at times due to ongoing upgrades. The bar in the hotel were overpriced in comparison to neighbouring bars.

The room itself was nice We had to pack in the elevators like sardines every single time. Had to wait so long to find one. Staff told us to use service elevators. Seemed like this has been an issue for a while
