Park Lane New York

Breakfast on the rooftop was great. Rooms are big for NYC. Not the cleanest feeling room but perfectly fine. Great location and great view of the park.

I would not recommend this hotel. Plenty of choices elsewhere.

They restaurants on the 46th floor overlooking C Park was fantastic. Wait staff there was amazing

Slow elevators

Park lane is our favorite hotel in New York city. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We got engaged this weekend, and I ran to show Moerea the woman at reception. She was so sweet. She sent champagne and fruit to a room. It was a wonderful stay.We will be back soon

Always a great place to stay in NY

Excellent

I was expecting a luxury type of hotel and got at max a 4 star hotel. The room was very dark and housekeeping service was deficient. The ladies at the call center were very nice qnd tried to do an excellent job, however there is a detachment between them and the rest of the hotel. In summary an ok hotel and don’t expect much more. Location is extraordinary and we took advantage of that. Central park. Shops and restaurants around are the best. With that location management must make the best experience at this hotel.

Everything was wonderful except the elevators. We waited up to 15 minutes for a usable elevator and they were often very full.

The staff was awesome - food from room service 10/10 ! But we think they are upgrading the hardware? And the 2nd floor men’s bathroom needed some structural attention. We loved the last minute stay for the price, after our flight back to LA was cancelled.

It is a great place to stay! Just in front of central park and very close to all the stores.

Marjority of elevators were down for most of the stay, people were waiting up to 30 minutes to get down to the lobby. The rooms seem rundown, we had a randome refrigerator in the corner of a room and an air conditioner that took up another corner that had huge pipes coming from it. The hotel also recommended a car service to the airport and then the driver tried to shake us down for more money once we arrived

Because I booked with Expedia she said I didn’t get early check in or any am ex perks. Very dismissive

The place has a good uptown location. That is it. Besides that, it is not worth it.

of food was third rate. Coffee only in styrofoam cups , cheap generic orange juice . It all felt like something for a hollyday inn on some highway and not on par with a 5 star hotel. The staff however was first class.

When I checked in the room had a bad odor and the air condition was not working well. I went to the front desk and they immediately switched me. I ate in the cafe in the morning, and it was great with amazing service. To me the hotel felt old and the room was just styled weird. Honestly if I did not pay as much as I did, I may have had lower expecations.

Everything was great except the carpet was stained in multiple spots. But I can imagine that so many people spill wine, food, and other things that it would be cost prohibitive to constantly replace the carpet. But the room also needed a paint job. Lamp shade needs replacing. But the stellar staff made up for everything.

All staff at Park Lane are friendly and very helpful. My stay was the best and truly unforgettable!

Terrible 360 degrees. Avoid at all costs.
