Great location and lunch at the 2nd floor restaurant. That's about it Awful loud replacement conditioner in the middle of the room. Rude doorman, careless front desk. Outdated furniture and carpeting. Missing amenities. ridiculous elevator. Cheap continental breakfast on a crowded tiny roof top from the 80's for a price of $85 pp - should be ashamed.

Loved the location and the size of the rooms, also the view from where we had breakfast . Concierge gave us great restaurant suggestions. Reception staff could have been a little more welcoming and sympathetic considering we arrived a day late due to a flight cancellation .

Absolutely shit show of a hotel. Lost my medical devices and laughed at me. Hours would go by as I'm waiting for an update if they've found my medical devices, when I kept calling I'm greeted with "what do you want now" as if me dying is such a burden to them. And trust me that is the tip of the iceberg here Literally everything. The rooms, the price for such a shitty room, the managers, the disrespect security. Everything. You've been warned.

I notified the hotel that I would be late in arriving (after midnight) and they were very accommodating and acknowledged this. The location was great, being very centrally placed. The room was very clean and large enough for my requirements. There was a small view of the park which was unexpected, but welcome. The breakfast on the top floor was excellent. Good view of the park, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel restaurant could have been a little bigger, and if paying by cash they didn't have any change.

The view of Central Park is amazing, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The rest was a nightmare, and I am not exaggerating or making any of this up. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced anything like this. Paying $850 per night for a room with cold air coming in and extremely loud wind noise is completely unacceptable. This was an upgraded room, which makes me question the standard rooms. The hotel appears poorly maintained and seriously outdated. Despite raising these issues with front desk management, very little was done to resolve the situation. For this price, the hotel is extremely poor value and nowhere near the standard expected of a 5-star property. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
