I really enjoyed my stay. It’s been my best experience at a hotel in NYC yet. I intend to visit again with my family as the staff was very nice and helpful, and our room was clean.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and adult son for a vacation stay. The staff was very nice and attentive to our questions and needs. The room was as described in the listing. The heated toilet seat and bidet were a plus (now my wife wants one at home!). We had a corner room (paid an upcharge for it) with a nice view of the Empire State Building. Also, chose early check-in and late check-out. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to Grand Central Station for the subway, bus, and the Dartmouth Coach drop-off and pick-up. Would definitely stay here again. The sheets were a bit stiff, would like to have had queen beds and a mini fridge. None of these things would keep me from staying here again though.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing rooftop bar and a must stop. Conveniently located a few blocks from Grand Central station. We will likely visit and book hotel again as a family.

The bed is very low. The sheet is not soft - like piece of paper The faucet knobs have gunks.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Great location, staff and facility. Will definitely be my go to hotel when visiting New York.
