Great location in Murray Hill. Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was huge with a huge bathroom. Also a microwave, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker!!!!

This is a great accommodating hotel. We had no issue canceling 1 night stat on the same day as we were trapped at the airport in DC. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. We had no issue getting an early check in (paid fee). The suite was perfect with kids to give them an area to play and unwind. The room was clean and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and mini kitchenet was useful. The staff was always friendly and the hotel was never over busy. Very easy walk to everywhere in Middtown and easy to get an Uber when needed. Delicious breakfast at Take Care. I would stay again!

The hotel personnel is typical Sonesta- very knowledgeable and professional.

The staff was so great! They were very warm and welcoming. Luis at the front desk and David at the valet were especially great. Amazing location for our needs. The room space was awesome too! Our AC was pretty loud and the room could use a good detailing around the baseboards, etc but we will be back!

Room had a weird, almost sewer-like smell. Contacted front desk. Housekeeping addressed it right away. They used thinner blankets for the summer. I’d much prefer a fluffier blanket, asked front desk to deliver to room. Overall a pretty pleasant stay. Walking distance to Grand central, so very convenient. Go up to the terrace restaurant for a gorgeous view.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views from the roof top. Highly recommend

The staff was lovely. The ceiling was falling in the bedroom and they eventually got us into a new room. The laundry was ok-one of the washers was out of order with no sign on it, so I accidentally wasted $4 and got my clothes extra gross, so I guess I wasted $8 for 2 loads. The location is convenient for midtown activities and public transit. The elevators were usually over-crowded.

Location was really great

Extremely helpful front desk manager when there was a reservation problem. Staff friendly and helpful, great rate through Booking.com, great location.

The bathroom tiles could use a new grout and a bit of the wall paper was coming up on one panel, so a little refreshing there would be nice.

Antes había estado y lo recordaba mucho mamá limpio y atendido. No me vuelvo a quedar.

Nice location.
-
Restaurant **** only 4 stars as we couldn't eat all their menu being vegetarians lighting , especially the entrance and common areas. Looks very dull old and tired. Was not inviting. But in contrast the rooms were good.

Lovely!

I stayed here with my two tweens. It was actually one of the least expensive options we found and turns out to be a very boutique hotel. The public space has a very nice elevated ambiance. The room with 2 queen beds was very spacious and comfy. It's got what we need to get a good night sleep!

My expense was subpar. No one ever brought the bathrobe I requested my first night, my room was crappy, the shower didn’t drain because it was full of hair or something, the room and bed smelled like cigarette smoke (so did the hallway), and overall it was just not great. Front desk staff really didn’t care. The valets were nice and so was maintenance. I wouldn’t go back

A couple of street from Grand Central, very accesible. I don't have any bad things to say.
