Hotel located perfectly for my visit with wife and 2 kids. Big shout out to Adam on the door, who gave great advice/routes to our destinations and also for entertaining our 2 boys with their Scottish accents.

Keep in mind you are in the heart of the city so expected ambient street noise. All in all very comfortable, safe and clean.

Great location, close to the Central Terminal. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was quite spacious; however, we missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room furniture and the hallway carpets could also use an upgrade.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel in good location. Staff great. Roof top bar and restaurant great.

The customer service was great. The AC was not functioning properly in the room that was allocated to me. My total stay was 4 nights, after the 2nd night a much better room was allocated to me. The manager was very accommodating and understanding. They apologized for any inconvenience.

Beds, sheets and pillows were so comfortable. Fast elevators and great water pressure. Clean and great location. My only issue was the WiFi was poor and made working from the room difficult.
