WIFI in the room was slow; there was no iron nor a fridge; I am sure if I truly needed an iron the staff would have come thru.

The location was very convenient, the room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. A little confused about the showers and how to get warm water, but figured it out in the end.

We stayed in this room for six days as two people, and honestly we really enjoyed our stay. The room is a little small, but it’s compact and has pretty much everything you need. We actually chose this hotel mainly because of the location, and it was definitely worth it. It’s very central, close to the subway, and also within walking distance of so many nice places. Getting around the city was really easy from here, which was a big plus for us. The bathroom area was actually quite spacious, although there isn’t much privacy. We already knew this before booking though, so it wasn’t really a problem for us. The hotel itself has some really nice facilities, especially the rooftop! Definitely worth checking out if you have some time. Instead of looking for another rooftop bar somewhere in the city, this one is actually a really nice option. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day. Overall, we felt like we received really good service and had a comfortable stay. The rooms are quite small for the price. I know that’s somewhat expected in New York, but we paid almost $1,800 for a four-night stay, so I did expect a little more. Housekeeping came every day, which was great, although the rooms could use a deeper cleaning. You can tell that areas like the walls, doors, and windows haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. My biggest complaint was the shower curtain. The shower itself is already pretty small, and the curtain is essentially a piece of cloth that constantly wraps around you while you’re showering. It made an already tight shower feel even smaller and wasn’t particularly pleasant. Despite those things, I would stay here again. The location was very convenient and being so close to Grand Central made it incredibly easy to get around the city.

Great location, wonderful staff, very clean property. Luggage stroage was no issue in fact the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms albeit tiny were clean, comfortable and the bathroom perfect The rooms were tiny. But I guess theres a clue in the name. So a little more space to hang things maybe and just to have the ability to get the bags out of the way. If the bottom bunk was a little higher then bags could go under that freeing up some space and making access to the top bunk and getting around easier. NYC is expensive and this is not cheap for what it is but it is in a grfeat location and does what it says on the tin.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so kind and attentive. Free coffee and tea in the mornings was a lifesaver. Additionally, the rooftop area was beautiful and comfortable, though we tended to spend time up there during the day when it was not very crowded. The location was mostly quiet. As others have mentioned, there is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. Aside from the glass doors, the "doorknob" on the glass door is just a big hole that everyone can see through. This was really a horrible design choice. Just be aware that this is going to be a problem. Also, there was some sort of periodical humming/fan noise coming from somewhere near our room, which was surprisingly loud and hard to avoid hearing at night. Additionally, the cleaning staff were wonderful, friendly, and efficient, but the hallways were full of cleaning materials for most of the day every day we were there.

The room was very small with bunk beds; it was a very interesting experience. The space was very small, but we knew that going in. The beds were comfortable and each loft has its own TV. The ladder was a bit hard on the bare feet. The room was very quiet. There was a water cooler in the lounge which was nice since it would not have been possible to fill our water bottles in the bathroom sink. There was free coffee in the lounge as long as you got your coffee no later than 10am, no grace period at all. This seemed a bit petty since there is limited space in the room to make coffee, and drip coffee is cheap.

Easy check in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Close to Grand Central. Filtered water in lobby. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Breakfast for a fee. Apparently, there are free gym passes available to a nearby gym. I didn't find out til I was checking out.
