Every inch was well appointed-no wasted space. I especially liked there were 2 windows(with shutters!) to add some light. Bathroom was perfect

The location and the nice staff.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. I was under the weather during my one-night stay and they were super kind and helpful. They even brought a pharmacy delivery to my room when I was feeling absolutely miserable. I felt much better the next day and I was very appreciative of their kindness.

They are spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet. Really comfy bed and pillows and a great shower! I will definitely be booking again.

Considering that the Hotel property waived a glitch in Expedia calendar and Expedia refused to give me a refund Expedia is a third-party that has terrible customer service. They blame it on a hotel but it’s Expedia.

Pod39 was like staying in a nicely furnished prison cell with a private bath. It was perfect for what I needed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I did not use the amenities at all, so cannot comment on their usefulness.

Amazing location near Grand Central Station, the hotel itself is a 17-story building (there's currently scaffolding at the front but it didn't bother us), our room was tiny but matched our needs perfectly - just enough space for everything, well planned and designed, very clean, lots of natural light. There's a nice rooftop terrace and a bar/restaurant where complimentary coffee and tea are available in the morning (nice selection of pastries and bagels for extra payment), as well as a water fill station which was extremely useful for us. FYI - there is no washing machine/laundry service at the hotel, we were referred to a laundromat a few blocks away. Overall - great hotel!!!

It feels like a jail cell, metal door with stains, very expensive for what you get, soooo noisy, the AC is sooo noisy, not even works as white noise. And I got an upgrade, i cant imagine what I actually booked. I dont not recommend this hotel to anyone that is not backpacking older than 18 years old.
