Staff were super friendly and helpful; room was very clean and quiet; we stayed during the record heat waves in NYC, the air conditioning was super powerful and comfortable; and the location is unbearable. We will definitely come back.

Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here, and that level of customer service is hard to find. Because of the outstanding management, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great location super easy access to everything, subway, times square. Nice and quiet. Rooms were way bigger than expected.

The hotel connects everywhere. I was so happy I can go anywhere and come back to my hotel.

We arrived earlier and wanted to leave luggages until check in time but front desk person was so kind allowing us to checkin earlier making extra time spend inside during the heat wave. Room was also clean and well air conditioned. Bed was super comfortable. Room was so quiet and no noise coming from busy nyc streets.

The hallway outside was never vacuumed during the 4 days we were there. We missed the coffeemaker in the room. The furniture in the room needs to maintained better. The corners of the furniture were chipped and showed bare wood.
