This midtown hotel has a “student dorm” feel. If spending over $400 to stay at a youth hostel is your jam, this place is for you! At least the bathroom was clean.

Location convenient. There is laundry room that you can use for free. Free water refill on each floor. Lounge with coffees and teas on top floor. The room cleaning service could have been better, they could vacuum..minimum items for the kitchenette, would have been nice to have cloth and bin bags.

Our flight was delayed by a severe storm, so we arrived after midnight. Instead of being understanding, the front desk staff gave us a hard time about not checking in “on time” and kept us waiting for 45 minutes. It felt like they were deliberately making an already exhausting situation more difficult. When we returned the next day, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. It was dirty and untidy, making it impossible to feel comfortable during our stay. The actual condition of the hotel was also far worse than the photos and description on the booking site suggested. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Extremely sleek, modern, and clean

Location, top floor lounge Very dirty. There were urine stains on the toilet seat…unacceptable for any hotel. If the bathroom was so dirty I don’t even want to think how the rest of the room was sanitized

I love this hotel! I have stayed here over 8 times. I stayed at many hotels and they don't live up to this one. This hotel has spoiled me! I love the amenities. The free filtered water stations on every floor, which include the bottles, coffee and tea makers in each room. All rooms have a wardrobe closet and either a desk or table with chair, large TV, decent size bathroom, bathrobes, etc. I forgot to also mention the open all day rooftop to get free coffee and tea whenever you want it. You can also book a room that has a kitchen, with a microwave, mini refrigerator, sink, stove and dishes. It's also safe and quiet in the hotel. I love it!

I like the location, and the lobby looks luxury. The elevator is fast even though I live at 23rd floor. But I do not like the room because one lamp is broken, the bathroom faucet for shower have a big hole beside it. Don’t have many water pump and the only one was broken. For three days the price just too high for me if you give me these conditions.
