great hotel, location and price!

I won't stay at this hotel again for this very reason. In fact, going forward, I will certainly make sure my hotel room has a TV with loaded apps, so I can stream my shows.

Chante(mgr) and Justin went above and beyond to help me as Expedia sent me an itinerary for 3 days and the hotel had me their for 2 days. They went above and beyond to help me find a room for the night got me something to drink and showed that they truly care about their customer experience. I’m grew up in NY and come back to visit a few times a year. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here.

Nice hotel

The property is conveniently located in midtown, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the property is very clean and it has a nice gym. Very good value overall.

The bed was awesome! So comfy. Rooms are small and tight but comfortable. I wish the breakfast had a few more options however they are fast. The happy hour doesn't include wine - that's stupid. And they turn the ice machines off and don't put anlice bucket in your room.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the women at the front desk. They were very helpful and pleasant Aunt.. The room was very nice and clean.. after we put our bags done and walked outside. The area was really nice and safe.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and love my day.

The Even hotel is located in a great area. I liked the security where you need a key to get to your floor. The front desk was very organized and friendly. The breakfast has a choice of several cooked meals. The room was comfortable. The bed was just right and pillows great. It even has a yoga mat and roller! The room and the bathroom are large. Highly recommend

Very clean and great location

Clean and quiet with a great city view. I wish the fitness center had more options but they did have an in room fitness option (rooms are super small tho so not sure how well that would work). I’d stay here again.

For honesty sake, I have stayed at other high- end hotels for ‘social media reasons’ Even is NOT just a hotel, EVEN is a ‘home away from home’. Your friendly staff delivers bags of ice ( when needed), they proudly give first names if any ‘help’ is required. Twice I was told as well as another “if we can do anything more to make your stay more comfortable, just let us know”. That’s a family working together. EVEN is class. From Guy, to Justin, to Jonathan—- your staff of 30 ( whose names are not all memorized), I am grateful. Thank you so very much— Best home in the City. You are greatly appreciated. Clean and good size rooms for NYC. Minimal street noise and very helpful staff.

The staff was great, so friendly. I really did love the location, cute little bar/patio. Very clean. I would book again.

The rooms have yoga mat, block and an exercise band. The lobby has decent food.

Excellent , great gym used it everyday I was there and breakfast is excellent ( didn’t try other meals)
