There was no game room as advertised and food options were limited. The room was a little tight but worked just fine. Easy access to parking next door. The bartender Alton was the man.

Great location close to grand central station and subway. Lovely place. Early check in was well received and needed in this heat, staff friendly and even to offer to leave luggage, thank you. Manager messaged too which is great and couldn't be any more helpful. Coffee machine, fridge. Big bed very nice, huge room got an upgrade. Toiletries. Great shower walk in too. Very good hotel for the price thank you. Would visit again. And recommended to friends. Card declined as wasn't prepared to pay deposit. It gives welcome drink, fast internet (but disconnects and is actually slow) Water machines but didn't dispense. AC keeps randomly going on all day and night and people making noise banging doors. After posting the review. Been in a back and forth as my clothing items have gone missing which were left in the room. Weren't very helpful or offered compensation.

I love this hotel. It's the second time I go there and I really have nothing bad to say about it. It's really modern, clean and comfortable. The bed is heaven, the bathroom is chic and the location is perfect for me. an overpriced car services to the airport that was proposed to me by the hotel but NY is NY... everything is expensive.

Clean room, but somewhat small. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear noises in the hallway pretty easily from the room. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We stayed here for two nights . The queen beds are full size or twin xl beds most definitely not queen size . Staff was very friendly . Located very conveniently and I felt pretty safe in the area even after midnight coming back from a concert .

Would stay at this location again. Convenient location and clean, modern rooms.

Location was key! Very close to grand central station and an easy walk to Times Square. Perfect location for getting around the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, and even fitness equipment in the room. Our king bed room was adequate and supplied with everything we needed. The coffee maker we had was a Keurig. We asked for more pods and hotel was happy to oblige- we’ve recd a lot of pushback re: this at other hotels which has been a damper on things. If you are a coffee drinker, you could take your own pods if that’s your thing. A fridge and hair dryer was also provided. One of the best amenities was the breakfast. The menu was small but had a nice selection. We ordered the two egg breakfast with bacon and fruit, and the veggie omelet with fruit. Both meals were excellent and you could taste the high quality of the ingredients. The hotel has a bar which we didn’t use this visit but we did buy water bottles at their kiosk snack station. We will definitely keep this hotel or one of its partners in the future!

The room is clean

It was a bit difficult to get ahold of the staff before checking in to iron out some payment inquiries. The hotel itself was fine. Housekeeping was okay apart from the fact that the carpet in our room was a bit dirty, and one night we had sheets with a blood stain on it from a freshly made bed. It was easy checking in and out for the most part. The snack amenities were nice, and it was nice to have the option of a gym.

The hotel’s location was one of its strongest features, offering convenient access to Grand Central Terminal, the United Nations, key Midtown attractions, and restaurants. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a modern, wellness-oriented design. In particular, the bar staff were friendly and attentive. The housekeeping team was consistently kind, respectful, and professional. The rooms are notably small and would benefit from additional space and seating, such as a small sofa, particularly for guests staying several days. The front-desk service was adequate but wasn't helpful and lacked flexibility. Although the hotel’s stated check-out time is 11:00 a.m., I requested a one-hour extension until 12:00 noon so that I could complete an online meeting scheduled from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. The request was declined without apparent consideration of my seven-night stay. While I understand that late check-out is subject to availability, a more flexible approach would have been appreciated.

Good location, comfy bed, great bathroom Nothing

The hotel was fantastic! The staff was even better! The breakfast was awesome! Everything was close by! Grand central station was a 5 minute walk. A tip, if you like pastrami or corned beef, you must go to katz!! Best ever!!!!!
