Staff is amazing, hands down the BEST bed I've ever slept in. The roof has a seating area that has cool views of the city.

Loved the experience there! Kind staff and great location

Very clean and nice hotel. The neighborhood had lots of great restaurants and easy access to Grand Central station subway. The bus stops were right outside too or a block away. The only downside was that the shower pipe was leaking but the staff were so helpful and immediately upgraded me to a bigger room which made my stay so much better. I wish the rooftop was open but they were doing maintenance. Only complaint I really have is I wish there was more sink space and I wish there was a mirror at the desk. I was fatigued doing my makeup and hair standing up at the floor length mirror. Also, a garbage can in the room would have been nice as well. The only garbage was the bathroom one and it was tiny. But overall, it’s pretty and well maintained for a new hotel, I was impressed and the staff were so kind and talked to you like a real person and were genuine. They were not fake like other hotel staff. And I really appreciated the upgrade.

I loved Little Charlie. It honestly far exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean, cute & efficient little rooms. A nice continental breakfast spread in the morning with fruits, pastries, OK. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A good little lobby area with a bathroom that i used as a home base for a few hours after checking out.

Very convenient and safe area, close to Grand Central Station, with easy access to multiple subway lines. A staff member was kind enough to assist us with the check-in process upon our late arrival. The complimentary breakfast, especially the pastries, was amazing. The lobby is nicely designed and has a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. The room was super tiny, but we were already aware of this and expected it based on the description. We spent most of the day exploring the city, so it didn’t really bother us. We requested a late check-out, but unfortunately our request was not answered. However, they do offer luggage storage upon request. The water pressure in the shower was too low. The duvet cover felt very synthetic/polyester-like, which made the bed quite warm and caused us to sweat during the night. There was quite a lot of noise from the street, as well as from guests on the upper floor.

It's an adorable hotel, breakfast has great options. The rooms are nice but SO SMALL. Paying $250 for a room.half the size of an average room, even with great location is ridiculous. It's nice but not GREAT. You don't even offer almost any amenities. It's like paying the most for the bare minimum.

Clean, modern, compact room without making you feel small. Perfect for business trip.

Welcoming staff and a small (expected in New York) single room which had been very well thought out and worked really well. Grand central was a walk away and perfect for getting around the city. Breakfast was excellent, way better than expected and things like a steamer for clothes was wonderful, loved my stay, bed comfy. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at The Little Charlie Hotel! The hotel was charming, clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy atmosphere. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
