Everything so nice and comfortable
-
not worth the price do not stay here view is amazing if you get a room with views , which we did but that is only good thing about hotel Old Old Old and most staff lazy
-
From Amy's incredible check in assistance at the front desk to a most comfortable spacious room for the evening, this hotel really does a great job in all respects !

Water wasn’t available to drink and when asked, they said we could use the vending machine. A bottle of water was $5 and a bag of chips $3. We didn’t feel welcomed in this hotel and will not be returning.

I highly recommend this hotel it was very clean and the staff was very welcoming..the view was a 10 starr. It was very quiet we got a good night sleep also

Breakfast wasn’t free and there’s no pool

The room was nice on the 36th floor and the staff was very helpful. But the floor had no carpet, only tiles. The beds were on wheels and they literally moved away when u tried to get into the bed. So inconvenient and annoying. The bed was comfortable when you landed on it. But getting on the bed was a nightmare.

Please Read. I want to start by check in it was smooth & easy they let me check in a bit earlier and provided the room I wanted. it was beautiful. but the cons were at check in my husband was being friendly and my husband said something in hindi since the man was hindi and he embarrassed him saying where was he born he didnt know how to speak. Second the room was beautiful but so dusty and dirty it looked like they hadnt clean that in months. valet parking was so expensive 100$ a night extra. Water in the lobby was finished. the doors are not secured you can here even the slightest noise in the hallway. They kept making noise outside and i couldnt even sleep made me think they were opening up my door. Manager super nice he understood my concerns and was nice enough to adjust my stay. but nice hotel

My experience could have been better. The rooms were clean, but they could have paid more attention to cleaning curtains and other nooks and crannies. The water in the sink and tub seemed to drain slowly, which was a little inconvenient. There were other small issues that would deter me from staying at this property, but I'll let you decide for yourself. I would pay to stay elsewhere if ever in the area, but that's my personal opinion.

I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view from my room:)

Beds are very comfortable, but the water pressure was terrible in the shower. They didn't originally see my booking with Expedia, but they worked quickly to get our rooms and eventually saw our reservation.

When I arrived, the front desk told me the hotel was completely sold out and that they couldn't upgrade or change my room. I understood and accepted that. However, when I went to the room they assigned me, another guest was already staying there. The hotel had mistakenly given my room key to someone else with the same last name. I went back to the front desk to explain what happened, but no one apologized for the mistake. Instead, they simply assigned me a different room because the other guest had already unpacked and settled into the original room. I then spoke with the manager and explained how disappointing the experience had been. I also mentioned that I could still see multiple rooms available for booking online and asked whether they could offer me a room with a better view or two beds with extra payment, especially given the hotel's error. The manager repeatedly told me that I would have to book and pay for another room if I wanted a different view. The entire experience was frustrating. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed very little concern for a serious mistake involving room security and guest service. I expected much better, especially for such an important holiday stay.

I don’t like giving negative reviews and I like to try new hotels throughout the city. I will not be visiting this hotel again anytime in the future.

Everything was great. The hotel was amazing. The only issue we had was waiting for our room to be ready for us. We were 2 hours past the check in time so we didn’t understand why it wasn’t ready by when the check in starts.
