Great hotel, great staff and great overall vibe.

Clean and modern, no complaints there. Extremely noisy building. Could hear the neigbours shower running. Every door close on the floor, every conversation in multiple rooms around us. The restaurant is way over priced. 54 US for a bacon and eggs breakfast. lol. Change a few things and improve drastically.

The hotel was very well located, at 10 min walking from Grand Central, the room was impeccable and the staff was super friendly.

Brandon was awesome from the moment we checked in. Loved everything about the location. Meet some interesting travelers. I will definitely be visiting again

Absolutely appalling service. I left my luggage with the Hilton concierge while attending meetings before check-in. When I returned, the concierge desk was abandoned and only one employee was covering reception. After waiting 15 minutes in line, the receptionist asked for my passport to check me in. I explained that it was inside the luggage being held by the hotel. Rather than contacting the concierge team or helping retrieve it, he rudely told me to step aside and wait for someone to appear. More than 30 minutes later, I was still standing in the lobby, unable to check in because the hotel required a passport that its own staff had made inaccessible. The complete lack of responsibility, basic coordination and respect for guests is disgraceful—especially for a Hilton charging exorbitant rates during UNGA week.

The city view wasn’t what I was expecting. It was blocked by the other side of the hotel. The water stopped raining on the first night so we had to hold up the thing so the water can drain. I called and asked if the rooms had microwaves and was told yes and then when I went, there was none. Hotel was very dark. The rooms need more lighting

The location was perfect, and we could easily and safely walk to all of our main destinations.

Breakfast was nice but ridiculously expensive for a pretty standard buffet. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The place is a little dated but it was clean and had decent bathroom towels. There were light buttons all over the place which was convenient and confusing all at the same time lol. Walking distance to anything was perfect and there is a Walgreens right up the street in case you forget anything. Another nice perk is that the $38 resort fee can be used in the cafe and restaurant. A very nice touch! Overall, we really like this place and will definitely stay again.
