Beds are very comfortable, but the water pressure was terrible in the shower. They didn't originally see my booking with Expedia, but they worked quickly to get our rooms and eventually saw our reservation.

When I arrived, the front desk told me the hotel was completely sold out and that they couldn't upgrade or change my room. I understood and accepted that. However, when I went to the room they assigned me, another guest was already staying there. The hotel had mistakenly given my room key to someone else with the same last name. I went back to the front desk to explain what happened, but no one apologized for the mistake. Instead, they simply assigned me a different room because the other guest had already unpacked and settled into the original room. I then spoke with the manager and explained how disappointing the experience had been. I also mentioned that I could still see multiple rooms available for booking online and asked whether they could offer me a room with a better view or two beds with extra payment, especially given the hotel's error. The manager repeatedly told me that I would have to book and pay for another room if I wanted a different view. The entire experience was frustrating. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed very little concern for a serious mistake involving room security and guest service. I expected much better, especially for such an important holiday stay.

I don’t like giving negative reviews and I like to try new hotels throughout the city. I will not be visiting this hotel again anytime in the future.

Everything was great. The hotel was amazing. The only issue we had was waiting for our room to be ready for us. We were 2 hours past the check in time so we didn’t understand why it wasn’t ready by when the check in starts.

This was my favorite hotel for 20 yrs. This trip had multiple issues that at first we tried to adjust but they never got addressed. Fridge needed for meds. Fridge was broken. Was going to change it. Never did. Asked for ice bucket snd ice. Said hotel does not have. Lights broke and engineering couldn’t fix so had to sleep with all lights on. They were supposed to adjust my rate and I’m still not seeing it.

The room needs so repairs and there was issues with the toiletries not being filled.. no water was given to guest and the water in the lobby was not filled. The website reads different from what you think the stay would be. Room needs to be refreshed on furniture.. also no room service.. order and drop only

I love staying at the Millennium because the city views are absolutely amazing, which is why this was my second stay. Unfortunately, this visit had several issues. About an hour after checking in, another family came to my room with a working key because they had been assigned the same room. After going to the front desk to fix it, I was accidentally charged a second security deposit. I also couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and called the front desk multiple times with no answer, so I had to go downstairs just to get it working so I could order food. I had also left a room key for my boyfriend at the front desk, but when he arrived after work, it wasn’t there. Later, he got stuck in the elevator for several minutes after going downstairs for a smoke. One thing to note is that your security deposit includes a food credit. We used ours on two breakfast sandwiches that totaled over $30, but they only had egg and cheese left, even though bacon, egg and cheese and sausage, egg and cheese were the same price. On a positive note, the concierge surprised my boyfriend with a complimentary birthday cake and card, which was a thoughtful gesture. After the first day, things improved, and despite the hiccups, I would stay here again for the incredible views alone.

For such an expensive hotel, I was very disappointed. When arrived, I waited online for over 30 minutes before checking in, which was pretty annoying after such a long trip to the hotel. I was on the highest which were great for views but, the wait for an elevator was ridiculous. The curtains and couch had stains on it. And the shower had someone’s hair in the drain and on the walls. Also, the toilet looked as if it were not properly cleaned. One night I ordered food, and when I made my way to the lobby, I was given a lot of attitude from the receptionist behind the desk. I had always wanted to stay at this hotel and now that I have, I realized I wasn’t missing out on anything. I will not be staying at this hotel location again.

Everyone was excellent. Enjoyed our staay.

Staff were great!

The space under the bed is full of dust. We originally booked a king bed, but when we arrived, they told us it was unavailable. Without even informing us beforehand, they just randomly gave us a double bed room. This forced us to stand in line all over again, and there were even hidden, mandatory fees.

Beautiful view, delish buffet professional front desk and bell attendants and great location

Nice spot. Staff was extremely helpful.
-
no recomand for that price
-
Cons: slow 45 min wait time in line for check in. Dirty furniture, walls and bathroom in the room, gym equipment poorly maintained
-
U can go anywhere arranged and eat much cheaper. Room quiet not as shown on the picture, walking on carpet and sticking to your foot.

I had a great day at this hotel. My window is overlooking the Hudson River and the rest of the cityscape. They had a dedicated elevator to the top floors, which made it nice. There's also an indoor tennis court at the top of the building. The gym is small, but it has all the right equipment. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.
