Street was closed and the only option offered was to “reverse into the ONE WAY street. Shower bar was dangerously loose and no one came to fix. Food at Ambassador’s grill is mid Lasagna is frozen not fresh However- Housekeeping staff and Bee were GREAT!!!!

We totally enjoyed our time at your place. Everyone was so helpful & polite with assisting us during our stay. My husband was using a mobility scooter & everyone was was so helpful in assisting him at all times

In my hotel room, the shower did not work properly,and the toilet leaked. Nothing was done when I told management. The staff kept asking for tips when the service did not amount to that. Sad management was not more proactive.

Hotel keys for the elevator didn’t work for several people including myself. No parking so you’ll have to park at a garage nearby and walk. On the east side so if youre going sightseeing, location isn’t great. Beautiful views though.

Overall satisfied for the most part. We stayed in the duplex one and definitely enjoyed the view. My wife bumped into flavor flav so kind of cool

I definitely enjoyed my stay here! The view was beautiful! Staff were very friendly! i would definitely come and stay again! room was clean besties some stains on the sheets everything was else waa perfect!
