Hampton Inn Manhattan Grand Central

This was a wonderful hotel for our family trip to NYC. The location was very close to Grand Central Station, so we could easily walk a couple blocks to the subway station. We loved the continental breakfast each morning. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. They gave us great tips for navigating the city during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great location, clean, helpful staff. My only complaint iwas the free breakfast. They ran out of all of the hot food, and there was a long wait, and a long line. We finally gave up and had breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was good.

All of the staff was amazing! Even after the evacuation they helped us getting into their sister hotel nearby. Everyone was very attentive and listened to our concerns about our belongings that stayed back. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t finish eating the breakfast that morning, lol. Also the breakfast attendants were so sweet and always going above and beyond!

This hotel was conveniently located close to grand central station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast which is awesome. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave which would have been great to store water or left over food as they do not have a restaurant on site. The place is very clean and the room was nice and cool. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. They have a list of recommended places to eat that they can share with you.

Location of this hotel was good, 5 minute walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from Time Square. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a very convenient location.

Bed was very comfortable, housekeeping was great as was breakfast each morning..something different every day for the four days we were there. Location was great for our needs.

Big size room for manhattan. Clean, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast.

Free breakfast, clean room. Only downside, no refrigerator in the room.

Hotel was at very convenient location. Staff was kind. It was clean. I there was a fridge in the room.

It was nice there was a breakfast provided but some of the food was inedible like rubbery sausages and overdone eggs. The hotel staff was helpful but could have been a little friendlier. Staying near Grand Central had its pluses and minuses. A plus was that it wasn't a super busy area so it was nice to stay in a quieter area. A minus was that there wasn't a ton to do in our immediate area so we would have to go to different parts of the city for entertainment and better food options. One small thing I absolutely loved was the ice cold lemon water provided in the lobby. It was a nice refresher after walking around all day! We also loved that the hotel stored our luggage on the last day so we could walk around some more before our flight. All in all, staying at the Hampton Inn was a great experience!

Clean, quiet, temperate room. Plenty of options for breakfast, however not a huge fan of the disposable plates and cutlery. Bag drop was very handy for exploring the city the following day
