Clean property, friendly snf helpful staff

Everything was good

The room was clean, staff’s were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious. I would really recommend this hotel to stay on.

Great hotel. Room was on the smaller side but it’s NYC. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. Location was great. Only 2 blocks from Grand Central Station and several landmarks within walking distance

Hotel room was clean and exactly what I needed, working AC unit and housekeeper kept the room stocked with enough towels and paper items. Staff was extremely nice on check in day and allowed me to go into my room early. Clean beds, floors, mirrors, not a trace of crumbs or left over hair from previous people. I would totally book again.

This was a wonderful hotel for our family trip to NYC. The location was very close to Grand Central Station, so we could easily walk a couple blocks to the subway station. We loved the continental breakfast each morning. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. They gave us great tips for navigating the city during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great location, clean, helpful staff. My only complaint iwas the free breakfast. They ran out of all of the hot food, and there was a long wait, and a long line. We finally gave up and had breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was good.

All of the staff was amazing! Even after the evacuation they helped us getting into their sister hotel nearby. Everyone was very attentive and listened to our concerns about our belongings that stayed back. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t finish eating the breakfast that morning, lol. Also the breakfast attendants were so sweet and always going above and beyond!

This hotel was conveniently located close to grand central station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast which is awesome. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave which would have been great to store water or left over food as they do not have a restaurant on site. The place is very clean and the room was nice and cool. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. They have a list of recommended places to eat that they can share with you.

Location of this hotel was good, 5 minute walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from Time Square. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a very convenient location.

Bed was very comfortable, housekeeping was great as was breakfast each morning..something different every day for the four days we were there. Location was great for our needs.
