This is def not a 4-star hotel; it’s a 3 star hotel. Very good location if you want to be on the East Side a close to subway. It was ok when it came to cleanliness. Both sheets and towels felt soiled and had a strong bad perfume smell, same as the room, trying to mask the overall musty smell. No premium channels except HBO. Most girls in the front were super friendly and helpful, for the exception of Giuliana who was always rude and had an bad attitude.

We had a great stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and updated. The location was one of the biggest highlights, it’s conveniently close to subway access, making it incredibly easy to get around New York City. Many of the city’s major attractions were just a short ride or even a walk away, which made sightseeing stress free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

I liked the valet parking option and that they kept our luggage for us while we went touring the city.

Shower mixing valve seriously defective. Nearly impossible to regulate temperature. Sudden loud noise, vibration. Little surface to lay out toiletries, hair dryer. Cubby stack minimally useful. Towel hooks inconveniently located.

Clean room, spacious bathroom, balcony was nice. Restaurant and front staff were friendly. Would stay again. Could use a boost when it comes to AC though.

Great midtown location. Room was spacious for Manhattan and clean, but my balcony was so small it was almost unusable. Lobby is also tiny so it's not ideal with more than a couple of guests at the same time.

This Hotel was awesome. My husband and I visited New York for our Anniversary. It rained the entire trip but the hotel provided umbrellas for us daily. The Onsite Italian restaurant made it easy for us to plan our dinner without actually leaving the hotel. Rooftop bar awesome as well. Staff exceptional. Close to Times Square, New Central train station and other attractions.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location - just off the beaten path enough to be quiet, but still an easy walk to anything in midtown. Nothing that we didn’t like. The rooms aren’t super big, but if you’re spending all your time in NYC in your room, you’re missing out!
