Very clean room although very tiny. Good for one person. GREAT having a bathrobe and slippers as window faced apartments across the street. "Room service" is non-existent. Called desk at 6 a.m. to find where to have coffee and/or room service (the offered Nespresso maker in the room did not work). Desk clerk could only advise me to call room service at 7 a.m. I called "room service" at 7:10 and was told "coffee is in the room (it is not, only espresso tubs) we do not have a pot of coffee because we only have paper cups of coffee which we will charge you and additional fee for delivery to your room and we can deliver in 25 minutes" ! My request for coffee was not extreme. I checked out at 9:05 this morning. Three coffee shops around the corner that open at 6 a.m. My experience with this Hilton: 2. Staff and management should know their surroundings and Hotel should have paper (written) information in addition to QRCode. IN ADDITION: lettering on house phone should be 1) larger or 2) in different color so one doesn't need glasses to read symbols and numbers.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pricing very reasonable and highly recommended.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. The only issue was noise. The AC unit was very loud and the city noise filtered in almost like the window was always open. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great midtown NYC hotel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good espresso machine, friendly staff, and close to great restaurants and subway. I’ll stay here again!

Booked a room with a balcony but the door was impossible to open. Had an issue with the toilet running constantly that maintenance came to fix though it of course, resolved itself once he got there to take a look. Construction across the street in the office space adjacent to my room was unexpected and unpleasant to have loud construction noises late at night and early morning right next to my room.
