Nice room, fairly new feel Shower leaked. Hair from previous guests in the shower. The hotel attempted to fix the leak.

I loved staying at The Bernic and will definitely do so again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. (Shout out to Natalie at the front desk!) My room was clean and smelled great and the bed was comfortable. It was conveniently located to a lot of attractions so I could easily pop in during the day to put stuff down, rest a bit, and/or change between plans.

Cons: Very small toilets, seemingly weak toilets even though they were Toto No straws Bed was not that comfortable it was nice but not really fluffy and comfortable Pros: Appreciated that there was liquid hand soap, many hotels don’t do that Appreciated the Hilton’s honors amenities, the greeting on tv and the complimentary waters The staff was overall friendly and helpful, I really liked the location of the bar and the ease of access to the bar, it was quick and easy for me to pregame and get a drink before running out to a show, and the staff was friendly Beautiful shower! Room with a balcony!

A gem of a hotel, everything brand new. Very modern amenities, I especially appreciated the bathroom with full shower cabin, Nespresso machine with probably 12 capsules of coffee... Loved my stay! my room was small but that is mostly the rule in NYC, the quality of decor fully compensated room size

Nice Hotel, small feel. Nice bar/restaurant in lobby. Great space on roof for hanging out. Nice midtown east location.

Room was clean and organized. Easy hassle-free check in and more reasonably priced than most other hotels in the area. Not a grand entrance lobby so a little hard to locate from the street or even the sidewalk.
