The location is amazing, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff are amazing and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were perfect. Highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay there again. Nothing

We enjoyed every part of our stay here! The spacious rooms, the proximity to Grand Central and other amenities, the helpful staff, breakfast and air conditioning were excellent bonuses!

We had a great stay.

Honestly loved my experience here, the hotel was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful as well and very kind. I am definitely booking here again.

The room was the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in NYC, perfect for a family with kids. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the hotel is in a great area. We were sad to have to leave a night early because of the nor’easter.

The property was unique because it was huge. It easily and comfortably accommodated our party of friends. The location was also excellent - never felt like anything was too far. The breakfast was a nice bonus but not the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had. Staff was very kind and took care of our luggage when we arrived earlier than our check-in time. The main sticking point I had was that this hotel is very dated and not super clean. While the beds were clean and comfortable, there was a lot of wear in the unit - e.g. stained baseboards, carpet that I would not necessarily let my little kids crawl around on. This hotel really needs an update.

-
Lovely hotel and incredible to have so much space in NYC. It was like staying at a friend’s apartment. Great kitchen facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The air conditioning was quite old fashioned and loud but luckily we didn’t need it on that much.

During our 3-night stay, I became trapped alone in the hotel elevator for almost 20 minutes. The situation was so severe that the New York Fire Department (FDNY) had to be called to rescue me. The General Manager, Alex, acknowledged the timeline and incident in writing but has since gone completely silent and refused to authorize a refund through Hotels.com. Be very careful staying here—the infrastructure failed and management refuses to take proper accountability for guest safety.

Everything was good. We didn’t have any problems.
