Bathroom is very dirty! Hair on bathroom floor and tub upon arrival. Yellow marks around toilet seat. Don’t seem ever been throughly cleaned. We asked for a quiet room not facing the street but ended up sharing a wall with central ac duct or something, making super loud noise whole night.

Amazing location, friendliest staff, great little gym, awesome World Cup viewing area. A+++

Good location, and great size of the unites for family travelers

Big room with fantastic Terrace upgrade.

When I arrived, I noticed visible stains and marks on the pillowcases, dirt around the toilet seat hinges, and scuff marks on the bathroom floor. While these issues may seem minor individually, together they made the room feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The staff was courteous, and the location is excellent for exploring New York. I did not use the laundry facilities or have breakfast during my stay, so I can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, I had an okay stay, but I hope the hotel pays closer attention to room cleanliness because that would make a significant difference for future guests. Pros: * Great location * Comfortable room * Friendly staff Cons: * Pillowcases appeared stained * Bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly * Housekeeping needs more attention to detail

They have huge and clean room.

Our room had a strange odor that did not go away after using air fresheners. Location was great but had stayed at the Benjamin sister property previously and definitely preferred that.

The welcome at check in was wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern. Look forward to returning.

Feel safe to stay as it is close to NYPD. Good location!

Well located, lots of places to go close to restaurant. Rooms are huge for ny and modern. Lobby rundown and small. Shades didn’t work and they weren’t fixed. Otherwise service was good. Price was better than most places in area.

Friendly and professional staff. Well decorated, spacious clean rooms. A quick 3 short block walk to the E train to stops west and south of 5th Avenue.

The staff and housekeeping were all polite and did an excellent job during my stay.
