The Fifty Sonesta Hotel New York

Great location, large nice room we will stay there again for sure

The beds were some of the worst I’ve ever “slept” in. We also have a non working toilet in our room. We told the staff twice that it didn’t work and it never was addressed. They just cleaned it but we weren’t actually able to use it. The staff was really rude and not helpful outside of one staffer that worked at night. Really disappointed.

The location was perfect - near all the spots we were heading to for the weekend. The best feature was the spacious room. We had 2 queen beds for 4 adults & plenty of space to manage our belongings. The bathroom was also very spacious and had room for everyone’s toiletries. The staff and service were top notch on top of all else. We will definitely be staying here again!

The desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They also provided an upgrade due to some error in the room type displayed by Expedia. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here. The hotel room was exactly what we needed for our family. It was clean and big enough although it was noisy at night from the street but I think that's inevitable. The location was perfect. All the main attractions were within a 20 min walk. The staff were so friendly and the doorman were always smiling and helpful. I'd definitely stay at the Fifty Sonesta again.

The room and bathroom we had were on the small side and it was awkward to negotiate our movements around them. The bed was comfortable. We could hear noise from. The hallway and other rooms.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Fifty Sonesta. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk or ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Fifty Sonesta again on our next trip to NYC.

Great staff and a good, centrally located hotel in Manhattan. Only real complaints were that the A/C was quite slow to cool our room, and the bathroom didn’t have enough ventilation.

Doorman was fabulous! The room was a great size for a family of 4 with big kids. Room decor was fun, elevators were fast! Staff helpful. Room had some nicks and scratches, but it was clean and turn down service was great. The location is really great. Close enough to time square, close tomRockerfeller and 5th Ave, but quieter and not in the mix of all the chaos. Easy to get on subway and walk to destinations.
