The Kimberly Hotel

Our stay at The Kimberly Hotel was top notch. This hotel had old fashioned charm with modern first class amenities and friendly service to go with it. We will return whenever we are NYC.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants and the subway. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was always clean. Only negative was we had 2 rooms booked and there was quite a difference in size between the two but price was the same.

Great choice! Decide to switch from the hotel we normally book in order to save $1,000. To my surprise, less money did not create less quality. Excellent beds. Excellent sitting room. Excellent staff. European feel.

Doormen were so helpful and attentive

MD and the staff were phenomenal. Ralph and the other valet outside absolutely most helpful. When we return to NY this is our new favorite place. Just thinking about it now makes me want to go back. Phenomenal experience.

We had a suite and it was very large, the largest room we have ever had in NY. We were supposed to have a king bed but the room had two doubles. Because we were only there for one night, we did not bother to request a change. The beds were comfortable. The furniture in the sitting room is very old and worn. The small balcony looks out on a decrepit building across the way. There are a ton of closets. The location is great! The 6train was located a block away and we took it almost everywhere. We did not use the front desk aside from a very easy check in and check out and they were very friendly as were the bellmen. You get a lot of room for your money. It just needs updating.

Staff was great. Rooms are large but bathroom very small. The hotel and rooms are well maintained but feel dated. Restaurant, Bistango, was very good and service great.

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. It's also in a great location, close to many great restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely try to stay here again when I come back to NYC in the future. Thanks very much Kimberly Hotel :)

Wonderful location. Room was perfect!! Bed amazing, great soap etc. staff was so helpful! Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only disappointment was that the rooftop bar area was completely reserved by private groups for all three nights our stay.

Large rooms , great location and amazing housekeeping ! Rooftop bar was great except most times during my stay it was closed for private events .

Absolutely loved the property. The only complaint I have is regarding the evening front desk staff. Specifically a blond man who presented a lot of attitude. I asked for help on specific issue and his response was rather flippant. I always think of the adage “it’s not what you say but how you say it”. Maybe he was having a bad day, and if so, the client should never know about it.

Phenomenal place

We had a great experience. Room was super clean, restaurants were lovely. Fantastic neighborhood.

The staff was incredible! Frank the doorman made us welcome from the start, and the front desk are amazing. Felt like a family everyone was so nice. Great location and big rooms.
