They are beyond helpful, the place is immaculate and it feels like home… I cannot possibly tell you how much my son and I enjoyed our stay. Anything we needed, we got. Restaurant reservations, car service to the airport. Luggage help… you name it. Midtown location is central to anything you need. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, just overall fantastic. I won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you all For a wonderful stay.

Everything about this place was fantastic. As soon as you walk in you know it's special and they take great pride in your experience there. The service, restaurants, rooftop view and rooms were great. Such a wonderful experience for a sister weekend!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at The Kimberly. Our room was available for an early check-in and the front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Our room was a one bedroom suite which was clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. One doorman, Pedro, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to arrange a car service for us. We were so appreciative that his actions allowed us to have a stress free evening. We always have a wonderful stay at The Kimberly. Highly recommend!

This hotel feels like the classic businessman’s luxury hotel. We stayed in a suite with a Jacuzzi tub for two. After a long day walking in New York it was wonderful to have the Jacuzzi. Classic beautiful furnishings, friendly staff good location

I really enjoyed my stay at The Kimberly! From the time I pulled up to the time I left, the staff was amazing. My original room didnt have a balcony and the front desk switched my room without issue. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit NY!
