Excellent location, spacious room, nice lounge. Cleanliness issues throughout the stay as well as stocking up on essentials like toilet paper, soap etc, every day we had to remind/ask about something

We had a great stay at Hotel 48LEX. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality and service.

The hotel it’s self was great but there is added fees you don’t know about till you check into the hotel.

I have no nothing bad to say about this hotel. This was the best 36th birthday ever. I am forever grateful. Rachel and the manager were the best. Everybody was so pleasant. They really made my birthday feel so special. I have nothing more bad to say

There is no hotel shuttle or laundry facilities. One of the elevators was out of service most of the time. The in-room dishwasher leaked water all over the floor - not sure why there is a dishwasher as no dishes were provided.
