Anas, Yazmín and baggage staff Khalid and Louis were great where very helpful and made the stay better. The room was good and clean no issues.

Excellent stay, the room was exactly as depicted, however, the lack of a microwave and a fridge was interesting. Maybe the premium in the word premium doesnt mean what I thought it meant.

Loved having a junior suite. Plenty of room for our family and loved having two bathrooms. Refrigerator in room was a nice addition.

This place is supposed to be part of Marriott Bonvoy luxury but is dated, rooms are incredibly tiny, has old bathrooms, elevators are dirty and I had to be moved twice. First room - a/c did. Or work even after 2 attempts to fix, 2nd room had a double bed and room was so small no nightstand could fit near bed and dingy - 3rd room fine but honestly for the price a real disappointment.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Walk distance from the Times Square, subway stations, good restaurants. The reception staff were not very friendly at the check in when I asked if there was any possibility to check in early. Anyway, maybe a bad day for them. You can deny my request but not as

The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous. The room was comfortable, much larger than similar hotels I've stayed at in the city.

My room was not ready till 9:30pm. I had to hand around till then. Good thing is hotel complemented my dinner and drinks. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They do not have softer or less high pillows which I found very strange. I wish I know it and would have carried my own softer and less high pillows.
