Great location but hotel is a bit dated. It was also very hot and the room temp a would not go below 76 degrees
-
Close to a lot of neat places
-
Great room. Awesome location
-
The vent was clogged and I was there at 100 degree temps. Extremely basic. The bathroom in common area was always dirty.

Would not stay here again. Would not allow early check-in. Baggage check-in requires cash when leaving bags. Does not allow charge to the room. Left the do not disturb notice on my door each day and nonetheless, housekeeping still came into my room and refreshed. Rooms in person are tired and not as fresh as they appear in photos. Also, daily resort fee is high and “credits” are hard to use.

Relatively old property, needs renovation as most New York City hotels do. Had to change rooms three times in two days. I stay a lot at Marriott properties and was somewhat disappointed. For New York City it is well located and safe.

Great location, great room and great staff
-
The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We were disappointed in the policy of charging an additional $40 per night, $35 per night can be used towards food or drinks. Sounds fair. My husband and I used it for breakfast, $79 for a buffet the quality of what most budget hotels would include in the amenities. Mediocre at best. Also, at 2:30 AM we had a guest open our door with a key that the front desk gave to her while assigning the room we already occupied. Mistakes happen but when we told the front desk we barely got an apology.

Great location, clean room, easy check in and out. First room TV was not working and told not repairable so had to transfer to another room. Normal size room for a NYC hotel room at this price point.

I have no choice but to give this place 5 stars. An angel woman checked me and my boys in. She saw that we were tired from the red eye flight the night before. She allowed us to check in early which was so needed. We were able to take a nap, have a place for our bags and not worry about returning to check in. That single act changed the whole day/trip for us. I wish so badly I remembered her name. The location near grand central was a huge perk too. I would stay here again.

It was not a good experience terrible customer service, property was ok. I would not recommend to stay there

Location, amenities, and unique features of our room.
-
The bathroom is tiny. Air conditioner is loud. Toilet is do hard to flush and when it does, it is super loud. Breakfast is nothing. Margarita was $31…ridiculous!!! There was an 18% service fee added to the tab.

It was great! The staff was amazing and it was my first ever in New York and this hotel. Definitely recommend
-

The Lexington never disappoints me! Staff friendly and accommodating. Room nice clean & quiet. Can’t wait until my next stay
-
Good location and room size. Rooms need to be updated, bathroom with stains and overuse making it seem dirty. Broken window blinds.
-
Mediocre hotel for the price

I stayed here for conference and the service was great!
