Claudia, the wonderful receptionist, made us feel welcome right from the start, even though we only stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel itself is on a side street so there isn’t too much traffic noise usually associated with staying in NYC.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Rooms are large by NYC standards and the staff are friendly. The folks serving the complimentary breakfast are the best-- very accommodating and kind. I have stayed here twice and plan to book it every time I visit NYC.

The suite was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were good except for the faulty shower head.

This hotel is the best! The room was quiet, spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a wide variety of options at breakfast. Claudia and Carlos were cheerful and welcoming every morning! Thank you for making our week in NYC extra special.

This hotel is so conveniently located to subway station and the Times square. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating as well. The room where we stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only minimal issue was the A/C being loud. The daily breakfast was okay.
