Clean room and great lounge space

We stay there every year for the U.S. Open. They have great amenities breakfast very convenient to the seventh and the staff is very very helpful.

First I liked they serve breakfast and have a kitchen area and spacious room compare to other small room hotels. I stayed here for a long time but never treated well and welcomed. The staff (trainee lady and another lady not the manager) at the front desk became very disrespectful and unprofessional in every other way. The manager at the end turned disrespectful too. They treated me with racism and never ever smiled and welcomed me when I was checking in, staying here, and checking out. They charged me unauthorized fees at the check out not even making sense almost price for one night and they refuse to refund so I have to contact the hotel itself to get the refund. What a work to do. I came here to stay comfortable and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling and staying at a hotel that’s four star rated. I’m very disappointed at the service and quality of stay and I’m actually not feeling well after all the dispute and time and energy wasted because of the staff and manager. They should change the whole management team for the sake of maintaining a good quality of service presenting Marriott.

Perfect for anyone looking for accommodation with a kitchenette in New York, especially for a stay of several days. The kitchen allows you to eat whatever and whenever you like, while also saving money on meals, which in New York are as expensive as everything else. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are highly professional. The location is a perfect 10, conveniently situated between the 6 subway line and Grand Central Terminal. The room and the entire property are exceptionally clean. The complimentary flavored water available 24/7 in the lobby was also greatly appreciated. The lobby itself is very comfortable and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to relax and spend some time. Breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of savory options. What makes it truly exceptional is the professionalism of Carlos and Claudia, who are friendly, wonderful, and always extremely helpful. My only suggestion is to replace or improve the sofa-bed mattress in the quadruple room, as it is very uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect, including the mattress in the bedroom.

Claudia, the wonderful receptionist, made us feel welcome right from the start, even though we only stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel itself is on a side street so there isn’t too much traffic noise usually associated with staying in NYC.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Rooms are large by NYC standards and the staff are friendly. The folks serving the complimentary breakfast are the best-- very accommodating and kind. I have stayed here twice and plan to book it every time I visit NYC.

The suite was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were good except for the faulty shower head.
