The location was perfect the Hotel style for friendly, especially the doorman Shaun., The rooms were cosy and clean all in all perfect for our stay in NY The breakfast was rather strange for such a good hotel this needs addressing .

Great hotel. Maybe streamline dry cleaning in a way all staff understand so they are able to relay this information concisely towards clients. Otherwise nice gym, clean environment and beautiful hotel

Stayed overnight for a business trip. Very close to my office. Loved the history of the building. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room is small but is bright, clean and comfortable. Complementary snacks and drinks in minibar a plus. Would stay there again.

Well, I understand booking through a third-party aggregator, such as Expedia does not entitled me to a top-tier room, based on the room I did receive I will not stay there again.

location great close enough to the busy areas but far enough to not hear the noise room spacious, clean and quiet staff helpful and friendly Breakfast is not great, very few options and if want to swop and change anything they charge you. Also the breakfast area dark in comparison to rest of hotel which is bright

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful. I’m not sure if this is a Booking.com issue or a hotel issue; but we booked a Deluxe King room “with city views” well because of the location of the hotel, there are no city views. The hotel staff was very sweet and offered to move us to a front facing room but still had no city views. So, just be aware when booking that you will not have city views. Save yourself the money on the deluxe king suite, it’s no different than the other King rooms. The 1st photo is the room description on Booking.com, the 2nd photo is the view from our room, the 3rd photo is the front facing view.

Prime location, great staff, and excellent rooms for New York City standards. One small detail worth noting: the primary photo on Booking.com shows a lovely rooftop terrace, but it is actually exclusive to specific rooms rather than a shared amenity. It didn’t impact our stay, but having clearer expectations would have been nice.

Everything about this boutique hotel is perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows & linens, great location and the staff was amazing! We will definitely be back!
