Everything. The size of the room, the beautiful bathroom, the scent, the friendly staff, how clean it was, everything! I loved everything but the room service needs a little more organization with the Benjamin restaurant.

A beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of one of Manhattan’s busiest areas. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was absolutely beautiful; spacious, stylish, and very well maintained. I can only assume that some of the negative reviews date from before the renovation, because our experience was excellent. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

We rented the family suite and it was perfect for our family with plenty of beds for all and enough room to relax and retreat after a busy down in Midtown. We didn't see the room service info until the last day, it would have been nice but it was hard to notice.

Very lovely hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Ill definitely stay again. The room was very spacious and clean. It is a very quiet hotel, so I wouldn't suggest you spend your honeymoon here... 😉
