Location Receptionist was very arrogant, room was not ready at 4 pm at check-in time. We were placed in the 5th floor instead of as booked on a high floor. Cleaning service was bad and only every second day. All in all very disappointing.

The hotel is very well located in the South Midtown neighborhood, just steps away from the main points of interest. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful all along your stay. The rooms are clean (really) and maintained every day. The hotel restaurant offers very good breakfasts and a delicious menu (Italian dishes in particular) in a warm setting. The view from the rooms is a classic one, facing the surrounding buildings. The hotel's size is reasonable, which allows for attentive, unhurried customer service. I recommend this hotel and its excellent team without hesitation. It offers excellent value for money, and its team will make sure your stay is a great one. Sometimes, due to other people leaving their rooms, room cleaning can be performed during the afternoon (not a big issue).

The staff is great.. very helpful. It was convenient location. The train was a couple blocks up and dropped us off in front of Yankee Stadium.
