Great staff. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Good location. The facility was just a bit dingy and worn out. Also, they had a private event at the rooftop lounge that blasted loud music all night. Not very respectful to their other guests. Overall, though a good value for the price.

The young lady (Rachel) at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and should be recognized for it. She recommended options for transportation to JFK which proved to be the best option for me. In addition, helped me with directions around the midtown area of the city. I was so pleased with her professionalism and kindness.

Great hotel! Walking distance to so many places.

A con would be that the hotel does not offer any water to drink; in which we found to be quite common staying in New York City. So make sure to bring water jugs/bottles for your stay. The hotel also charges a $300 security deposit on arrival, which I wasn’t aware would be that much, but just for your reference. Overall, my entire group was very pleased with this hotel! ;)

Very clean, upkept property. Kind and helpful employees. Room was pleasantly “large” for a New York hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is great.. very helpful. It was convenient location. The train was a couple blocks up and dropped us off in front of Yankee Stadium.
