Although I booked same day, the room I did book (with king bed) was not available upon check-in. It should not be an available choice if actually not . Deceptive practice

Staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Overall though a good choice for a few nights max. The rooms are a bit dark. Tight squeeze in a triple.

Excellent location, on 5th avenue, 2 blocks from Bryant Park. Spacious and modern room and bathroom, with plenty of natural light, hard to get in New York (we were on the 16th floor). Very nice staff, friendly and cheerful. Sofiane at the entrance is such a nice guy. We could bring our bikes to the room, and still have plenty of room to move around. Price was right, but the hotel is much more modern than other hotels nearby. We'll be back. Nothing

Clean and close to everything you need to see in Manhattan. Rooms were to close to each others but other than that all was great.

Staff were personable. The room was nice and clean. I used to stay here before frequently and it hasn’t changed. A nice, clean, comfortable accommodation. The only weird thing was an unauthorized amount was charged to my card. Hopefully it gets squared away. Will definitely stay again
