The price was very good too.

Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance.

The staff were Amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The property wasn’t terrible, it was going for a hip vibe but it was just not at all worth the price we paid, even for New York! The room was clean and relatively quiet given that the Knicks had won Game 3. We weren’t thrilled with Roku and the inability to watch real news channels or at least we couldn’t find them ( MSNow. CNN). Was great to have a fridge in the room. Probably a more ideal hotel for younger people, not older couples/families. Great staff!

I was on the 2nd floor so it was a bit loud with street noise but otherwise, a nice stay.

The best hotel in NYC. Views were amazing, super clean, laundry and water facilities were awesome. Elevator was a little slow but that was the only thing.

Small, expensive and spartan room in midtown east with lots of street noise. No amenities other than a water cooler at the end of the hall (paper cups). No key-they text you a six digit code for the room and front door, a touchelss/phone based option would be nice. . No desk in room, no art on the walls, no clock, full size bed and a concrete floor. The shower doesn't have a full door so the floor gets wet. Nice staff and convenient location but nearby Hyatt is a better bang for the buck.

Had an awesome stay! Clean room, helpful front desk, and they held our luggage for us before check-in and after check out. Keke at the front desk was AMAZING!
-
Staff was super friendly, they let us leave our bags with them for some hours after our check out.
-
I accidentally dropped my precious keychain on my way out to the airport, and the front desk staff notified me that I had dropped it and even offered to hold onto it until it was back in my hands. Kiki, you the goat!

Overall it was a nice hotel right in the heart of midtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that there were free washers and dryers on the premises was fantastic. Just one note of caution, keep in mind this hotel does NOT have 24/7 front desk service. So if you expect to arrive late in the evening, make sure you have a working cell phone to receive the texted code to get in. For some reason, I was locked out of my phone while overseas, therefore I couldn't receive the code. Knowing that I would then be locked out of my room in the middle of night , I had to make other arrangements for the first night. But as I said, I have no complaints about the night I did stay.
