Our stay was great! The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was the parking. When booking this room with Expedia it said there was on site parking. That is not true. They have a parking garage across the road that cost $50 every time you remove your car.

The Pestana is a great budget option in New York near Grand Central. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I appreciated the sachets of lavender they left on the bed. I'd definitely stay here again, as I travel a lot and hotel prices add up! :)

Good size queen bed room. Free fresh coffee and pastries and very nice front staff. Centrally located.

The room was clean but rather small (which I was aware of before my stay). Complimentary coffee etc was a nice gesture in the area behind reception but it was a shame that the coffeee machine was out of action for two days of my four day stay. The hotel is in a good position for the Grand Central railway station and Times Square is oinly a 20 minute walk away.

Great location! Really central to so many areas of the city. Also, in a much quieter spot.

Nice for couples. Very close to grand central and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Checking in seemed to take a while but the staff handled it well. I would definitely stay there again. Cozy room.

really nice location, in center of Midtown. The rooms are small, related the building. but was ok to be in the center of Manhattan.

The staff so friendly and helpful! We really appreciated the cold iced tea, water, coffee, etc in the breakfast nook, as well as bagels in the morning. Immaculately clean too! Nothing. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, room clean. The room was tiny and SUPER noisy. The fan was unbelievably loud. The only way for it to be quiet was to turn off the ac (a non negotionable on 90 degree days). For a 4 star rated hotel and for the price it was a little bit frustrating.
