Great location, lots of cafes near by. Umbrella’s at the front door during rainy days. Terrible pillows in the rooms very soft, the check in staff could have been more friendly and explain things properly he seemed to be in a rush and didn’t explain half the things or what was available in the property. I wanted late checkout at first I was told 10-12% of the daily rate then on the day of check out was told per hour which changes what I was told initially. So poor communication, there’s room for improvement and better communication from the hotel needed. I could smell weed coming from next door I complained to the receptionist but they didn’t do anything.

Location was quite good. Room had no view, and was small.

Buying large, the property itself was nice. The room was clean. The staff was gracious and friendly. The location was great. But the room we reserved was listed as a “superior“ room. It was tiny, which is to be expected in a downtown New York hotel. But this took that to a new level of small. There wasn’t a desk. There wasn’t a table or a chair. Only one bedside nightstand. My wife had to sit on the bed to use her laptop. One expects a “superior“ room to be, in fact, “superior.“ And this was anything, but. That should be made more clear in describing the room before a purchase decision is made.

The hotel was in central Manhatten and closed to Central Station, Times Square & Shopping Rooms were slightly small.

Stayed one night for girls night. Staff was very attentive, great lobby and bar area. Overall was a very pleasant stay and did not hear any of the city noise from room. Would stay again at this hotel!
