Great location. Rooftop bar has beautiful views and has a nice quiet setting. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and has many good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and is staffed by 2 nice gentleman

It was unique to have Japanese-style breakfast at their restaurant. Also, the toilet seat was so-called WASHLET which was another uniqueness about the hotel. The hotel staff members are very kind and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities. This has been our third stay at the hotel and we are looking forward to going back there again whenever we are in NYC.

Everything was as I expected in a Japanese hotel from its service, clean room, attentive and polite staff, breakfast. Wished the fridge had more space to put our staff- too many items the hotel wishes to sell. However, the front staff was very accommodating to my request - needed to keep my PRP eye drops cold. Thank you!

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance from Times Square and many midtown sights, but in a quieter neighborhood. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at the Kitano Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and showed professionalism throughout our visit ,from check-in to check-out, every interaction was smooth and attentive. It’s clear the team takes real pride in delivering great service. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel that gets the details right
