Stuff was amazing checking was perfect. Check out was also perfect. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed my stay there.

Great night’s sleep! Clean, very comfortable, super fast check in at 11:30pm. Amazing view on 22nd floor. Friendly staff and helpful checked luggage. Coffee was strong! Parking a block away. Overall a quick but great stay!

Room was not ready for checking on time

Like many other hotels in Manhattan, it has a relatively small footprint and not too many amenities. However, staff vere very helpful and accommodating and corrected issues we had with our rooms as soon as another was available. Location is excellent. We appreciated 24-hour complementary coffee and tea on M floor.

The room is small but the air conditioner worked great which is nice in New York.

Coffee and tea offering at the M level One out of 2 available lifts was not working for the duration of our stay which resulted in long waits for lifts. We had to take the stairs up and down. There was no update on when the lift will be fixed. Receptionists had no answers.

room was good. and staff was quick to respond to room service the wifi did not work and staff never came back to give update. Was told there was continental breakfast but only coffee was served.

The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a lot going on with the building but they made things better within their means. The elevators broke down the entire time we were there. Only one elevator servicing 30 floors of guest plus the housekeeping staff.

The one elevator was broken. Waiting a long time to go up to our room and down to lobby.

I felt very safe throughout my stay, which was especially important since I was traveling with my child in a mommy and me trip. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating whenever we needed assistance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our New York adventure. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and excellent service in the heart of Manhattan. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

My stay at this Courtyard by Marriott was okay overall. The property was clean, but the room I was assigned felt very old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — it honestly felt like sleeping on a wooden table. The one positive was that they validated my parking ticket for a discounted rate, which I appreciated.

The staff was helpful. The manager let my wife borrow an umbrella, which was a nice touch.

location- very close to laguardia airport and the subway. bus ride was busy and crowded from the airport
