I had a wonderful experience at this hotel; wonderful staff, lovely amenities and great location!

This was my first time in New York and I choose to stay at this location. It was perfect because it was close to everything that I was trying to visit.

Very small but clean rooms. Stay for the location--great location!

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The location was excellent, and the brunch area had a beautiful view of the park. The staff at the front desk also helped us change rooms when we reported the mold issue in our first room. I booked this hotel specifically for my 30th birthday and contacted the hotel in advance to let them know about the occasion. I paid around $400 for one night, booked a higher-floor room, and asked if they could provide a room with a nice view if possible. They replied that they would do their best. When my husband and I arrived, we were given a small room with only one window, a view of a construction site, and mold. I have a severe mold allergy and started experiencing an allergic reaction shortly after entering the room. The front desk moved us to another room on the 8th floor. Thankfully, there was no mold in the second room, but the view was again of construction and a wall. The next morning, we had brunch and saw the beautiful park view from the hotel, as well as many floors of rooms above us. This made the experience even more disappointing. What bothered me most was not simply the bad view. It was the fact that I had contacted the hotel in advance, explained that this was my 30th birthday, and received a response saying they would try to accommodate my request. Yet it felt like no effort was made at all. For approximately $400 per night, I expected a much better experience, especially after communicating with the hotel in advance.

A special mention goes to the wonderful receptionists, Arlette & Yovanni, who made our stay truly unforgettable, greeted us with a genuine smile every single day, was always eager to help with anything we needed, and made us feel so welcome. The hotel has a wonderfully cozy, intimate, and family-like atmosphere. It was our third time there, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Very average. Not as described. Room was positioned with a view of the dumpster on the side of the building.

Close to all the tourist spots and a short walk from a Subway station. My room was next to the branch and the hallway light was on all night. The light streaming through the door kept me awake. There was no off switch likely because the staff used the space to use the music player and could hear them walking about in the hallway. I enjoyed the hotel overall but wouldn’t stay in that room again. I’d visit again though.

The location is perfect. Close enough to Times Square, but far enough that it’s still quiet when you need it to be. Hotel is also right next to Bryant Park, which is a wonderful outdoor space to spend your time! The staff are excellent, both reception, cleaning and bartenders. All are a credit to the Park Terrace Hotel. Bonus: You get a fantastic view of the Empire State Building from the Rooftop Terrace. I can’t really think of a negative
