Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Had a 6th floor lounge with outside seating.

Great location, just in front of Bryant Park Subway station close I didn’t like the price But then again everything is expensive in NewYotk So i forgot about that and enjoyed the vacation

A perfectly located hotel with decent, clean, large rooms and a really lovely chill area and terrace overlooking Bryant Park Very pricey for what you get, but that’s New York!

Great location the room was very comfortable quite and clean the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , we loved staying there . The elevators sometime we had to wait for them for a very long time .

Staff were very accommodating. Loved the water bottle stations on each floor. Room was very large for NYC - we were very impressed. The local welcome goodies in the room upon arrival were an unexpected treat. Can’t wait to visit again!

Quiet rooms. The area for breakfast was very nice and had great views.

Room was clean however the hair dryer never warmed up I asked for 2 hair dryers and they all were cold. The hotel doesn’t have body wash in the shower only a bar of soap. It has shampoo and conditioner only so if your use to having body wash don’t stay there.
