Best hotel I have ever been in New York City. Highly recommended. New modern and cozy, with very clean room. Staff and management are very polite and helpful and they do their best to make your stay as pleasnat as possible. Beautiful bar on 6th floor, conviniently located in the heart of Manhattan with only a few minutes of walk to closest subway station and wholefoods, and only 10 minutes to Times Square. I am so impressed that I will definitely make this hotel my favorite and will be back next time.

Loved the rooftop bar and the location, super easy access to everything! The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating The room did not have a mini fridge in it, which wasn’t ideal as someone with food allergies, but I didn’t think to ask about that

Beautiful hotel in a great location- right across the street from Bryant park, near Broadway and Times Square. There’s a good Italian restaurant downstairs.

The rooms are nicely laid out, and the furniture is decent. The pillows are awful (very thin; your neck has little support).

Excellent location. Room quite spacious and clean. It was great to have an espresso machine but very strangenot to have an small fridge /mini bar. At my request one was brought in but it was very unpractical and noisy to have it in the middle of the room. Also my room was facing a wall. Not much light not to mention view. At that price point a bit disappointing.
