Excellent hotel, location and very attentive staff
-
Our room overlook the park, but we’ve also stayed in the past without a fantastic view and we still had a great time. The restaurant downstairs is first class and the club on the sixth floor is very nice. Tonight we’re gonna go and sit there and have a little food and watch the soccer game. This is our fifth stay here and we’re looking forward to coming back for Labor Day to see the U.S. Open. And Bryant Park is a very chill place hospitable to all different price ranges. And best of all you get to experience NYC like your a local.

Lots of broken stuff like shower, toilet and iron

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and its location is absolutely unbeatable, situated right next to Bryant Park. It served as the perfect base for exploring the city, and we were thrilled when the staff went above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary by upgrading us to a beautiful corner room. The views overlooking the park and the iconic library were simply stunning, and we were so touched to find a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. The staff throughout our visit were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed, and we would definitely return for another stay.

great location

The 6th floor private patio was the highlight for us. Hotel guests can go there anytime and bring outside guests to have a drink and relax. We love the Bryant park area and so the location was also perfect for us. Room was nice with separate sitting area. Also very convenience was filtered water with bottles available on each floor.

Location is great and Miguel on front desk amazing Nothing

Location was excellent. Enjoyed having the. Ranch terrace available for drinks and snacks. The TV remote would not work properly even with having the staff come attend to it. Not sure what was up with that.
-
Room was decent sized for New York. Staff was super helpful and supportive, stored my rented bike in a basement storage area. Location is great, first class coffee and bakery on the same block. I will return.

Liked the room with excellent shower and a coffee machine Nothing. All the staff were friendly & helpful

A small boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Right across from the delightful Bryant Park a short walk to times square. There's no restaurant on site, but plenty nearby. The rooms were whisper quiet, which is great in New York City The elevators run a little slow and there can be a wait, so just plan on it.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Gym was well equipped. Location was fantastic. Overall the services available were limited in the hotel as there was no direct restaurant and bar. Small reception.

We stayed at the Park Terrace Hotel for one night after returning from a trip to the Azores. It was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant, La Pecora Bianca, was accessible through the lobby, which made these tired travelers happy. The hotel's location next to Bryant Park provided a quick sightseeing stop before heading to the airport to continue our travels home.

Great central location by Bryant Park and out of the riff raff of Times Sq. Many nice cafes and bakeries close by. We dined at the adjacent La Padrona Blanca restaurant and had a great dinner before an evening Broadway show. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace with ample seating and happy hour drinks. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is not as described. And look at it feels like a sterile, made over hospital room. I arrived at 2 AM after a horrendous delay, to terrible service. I brushed it off only to walk into the hotel room and turn right back around. There is absolutely no way I could’ve stayed there for four-day week trip. Take your money elsewhere.
