We were on the 25th floor with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Easy walk to everywhere. Safe, convenient, beautiful property.

We loved our stay at Hendricks Hotel. The room was very clean. We did need to call housekeeping once, and they were fabulous. During our stay something happened to the A/C in the room and the hotel engineer had it working in no time. The room is very small but comfortable. They were welcoming to my dog. Lobby space is limited, but you can sit at the bar. Loved the attached restaurant and their staff. It is close to Bryant Park and there are lots of food options on the street.

We were also charged for a late checkout, even though I had called the front desk beforehand and was told we’d receive a complimentary late checkout for the World Cup. On top of that, the bed was broken and the environment was loud. Most concerning, several staff members tried to enter our room throughout our stay, including during the night. One actually walked in because we hadn’t locked the door. Overall, a genuinely disappointing experience, and not one I’d wish on anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Location is nice for moving around the city. Close to some major MTA and between 5th and 6th so a short walk to many options for shopping, dining, things to do. Rooms are small. Smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship and I was thankful for a full sized shower at least and comfortable king sized bed because I’m 6’3” and 300 lbs. If the bed was raised up to store luggage underneath it would be a nice touch to upgrade the storage. TBH, we were in the city to be out of the room so it was a minor thing.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Good stay. Great location. Clean room, housekeeping consistently stopped by. Rooftop bar has awesome view of Empire State Building.

I was expecting much better from this hotel. The outside and pictures online make it look luxurious. The door to the bathroom only opens one way, and it doesn’t stay open… it’s heat and shuts automatically. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The mini fridge was not working, had to put our leftover food in the lobby fridge. Also, bathroom didn’t have a vent so the room felt very muggy. I would not stay here again.

It’s was fabulous, walking distance to everything!

Will recommend this hotel very clean close to everything in walking distance to time square, Broadway . You’re in the heart of everything. Staff was very helpful! Rooms are nice size small but chic & clean.

I really liked this hotel. The front desk person and valet (Carlos!) were so nice and helpful. They called me when my room was ready. It's also a great location, very close to everything but out of the fray. The only thing is the hair dryer attachment didn't fit the hairdryer and the room was right next to the trash/linen room and the stairs and the doors are really noise. If I were staying another night, I would have asked to move. Still a great place.

Everyone was super!

2x air hasn't worked

Great place and close to everything. Bathrooms are poorly lit … so bring a portable make up light or mirror with light with you. Otherwise it was a great stay

Great location! Room was decorated with animal print and adequate...small, but that's NYC. Our view of the ESB was amazing!!!!! Chk in was super quick. Lobby Bar service was great...Rooftop bar is super cute. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Only downside was the breakfast at Isla was out of everything.

the room was fake nice, not polished. the queen bed is a full at best FYI. stains on the counters and bed sheets. never came for room turnover either

Cute hotel, great location wise, right by bryant park, clean room, just small and small gym. Overall good place to stay for a short visit in nyc!
-
Friendly staff, great location, and trendy but quiet at the same time. Great water pressure too if you’re into that.
