My problem with the hotel is that I went to work at 9 am and when I came back at 5 my room was still undone and when I call to ask for replenishment of the water they said they were out of stocked. When I asked to speak with the manager they found two bottles but now they were charging me. B

It can be so hard to find a moderately priced hotel in Midtown that is clean, stylish, and quiet but this hotel delivers. I would definitely book again.
-
It has a very busy restaurant which host private parties. Therefore limited access to the roof and long wait for elevator.

Good central location but the rooms are very dark and my kindle got stolen from my room

Room was compact, but nicely appointed. Housekeeping were excellent. No ice machine, but you can call and request ice. It was delivered quickly.

Amazing stay!! Amazing location and staff was so helpful! Would stay here every time I come to NYC now!

Room & bath were a decent size. Bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the fact that we were told twice there would be no room cleaning (which is fine for only 2 nights) but they came in anyway and something I wanted to keep got thrown away that was not in the trash can. Oh & I never got paper cups for the coffee maker in room.

I stay here every year - great location and the best rooftop bar on the block. BUT ... 2 out of my 3 nights the bar was closed to guests. I have to consider other hotels next trip to NY.

The bathroom counter is a bit small, so there isn't much space to put your things. The TV is also in an odd location and takes forever to change channels. One day we requested room service, but no one came, so we didn't have clean towels. They did come the following day, though, and left the room impeccable. I wasn't a fan of the elevator—it takes a while to get up and down the floors, although it moves pretty fast once it's going. Their bar looks really nice btw, really cool and youthful vibes. Overall, it was an okay stay for us.

It was a hot day in New York City and the lobby was not temperature controlled in anyway. Do not expect to get relief from outside heat by sitting in the lobby. Super cute breakfast nook/bar area in the lobby. Again, a little too hot to wait there. The rooftop bar we were notified was unavailable for use during my stay due to a private event so if that is what draws you to this place, please ask before booking. A little weird on a Tuesday night to not have access to something

We had double double room which was a tiny, dark room , not for 3 or 4 people. Not only the beds were tiny , the room itself was very very small, I asked them if its possible I can upgrade to a bigger room for 3 people, the front desk said this is the ony room for 3 people. They did not show the sizes of the room on the website unfortunately .
