Was perfect for a one-night stay (2 adults). Friendly staff, clean and comfy room. Super quiet through the night. Convenient walkable location (we were going to a concert at MSG) and close train station at Bryant Park, a few blocks away. We didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop or the restaurant downstairs, so will definitely need to book here again in the future!

This was my second time at Hotel Hendricks. Great area, staff was amazing as well!

Exceptional

Room was clean, bathroom and shower were great and plenty of towels. They cleaned the room with my 2 night stay

The fridge and the lamp were unplugged when we got to the room, very strange lol but other than that the room was great

Excellent location in Midtown, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and bedding, fantastic rooftop bar with great views. Lighting in the hotel room was more dim than atmospheric, and rooms are small but typical for NYC.

Very poor

Our favorite thing, though, is the shower! The water pressure is incredible. It sounds funny, but the shower was honestly a big reason we rebooked. The rooms are very small, but that works for us when we're spending our days exploring New York. If you like to spend a lot of time in your room, you may want more space. If you need a place to sleep and a fantastic shower after sightseeing, this is a great fit. The biggest drawback is the elevators. There are only two, shared by guests and staff, so waiting was a regular part of our stay. We were on a high floor and missed housekeeping one day, although we're not sure why. We also had one night when the room became uncomfortably hot. Despite those hiccups, the location, helpful staff, and especially that shower made this a great home base for our trip!

The staff were really friendly The cafe downstairs is not affiliated with the hotel, so it is difficult to have meetings in the lobby. As there is really no room

Arrived at around 4pm but the room was not ready. Staff apologized, and worked on getting us checked in quickly. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was also very nice and good water pressure in the shower was so good which is a rare thing in hotels. There is self parking right down the street which was convenient, too. I would definitely stay here again.
