A wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the room was the perfect size—comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent
-
Subway lines are close, or we just walked to many locations. We will return for certain!
-
Excellent front desk and rooftop bar staff!

The best part of the hotel is the people. The service. Hope the ownership of the hotel understands that they need to continue to have good staff. To the workers in the Hotel, I liked every interaction. 10/10

Nice room - awesome location! Loved the rooftop bar with Empire State Building view. Staff was super helpful and friendly
-
The staff in the lobby were very friendly, and our room was always clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The rooms are a little small which is to be expected. The lobby could use a little bit more seating.
-
Hotel was not bad The elevators are waaaaaaaaaay too slow and break often. I waited 10 minutes stuck on my floor on the way to checkout.
-
Hotel is clean but, given the price, not luxurious. Time share sales person was rather annoying when we checked in. Great location.
-
The front desk and housekeeping staff were superb--friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. From the time we checked in and needed a change to our reservation, they were excellent. I would stay again for the staff experience alone. Nothing, really. The hotel is small, but the size of the rooms are okay by NYC standards.

Rooftop bar had a great view and good selection. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

What really impressed us was the communication and flexibility. We were told they’d notify us if early check-in became available, and they followed through we were able to get into our room earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. Every time we came in or out of the hotel, we were greeted warmly. The staff consistently went above and beyond, even reminding us about complimentary small plate snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooftop bar was also really nice it’s enclosed, so we still got the rooftop experience without being out in the freezing cold. Plus, the location is great only about a 7-minute walk to Times Square. Also worth mentioning the hotel smells amazing, which added to the overall atmosphere. Overall, excellent service and a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return!

Great location in Midtown Manhattan! In walking distance from a nice choice of restaurants and Macy’s..Rooms are a little small.

The price
-
The coffee stand in the hotel was really solid and not super expensive. The lead bartender at the rooftop was the coolest. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Everything was nice and clean, and I appreciated all the little goodies in the lobby like chocolates and fortune cookies during lunar new year!
-
Great hotel. Staff and location were great! Would definitely stay here again. Could not fault it.

The hotel staff couldn’t find our reservation despite showing them confirmation saying our reservation was for next month when it wasn’t. We were put in a room we didn’t reserve it was ADA room which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom door was heavy and meant to be opened with the button but the button wasn’t functioning. We were put in a random room because they had nothing left even though we had a reservation. I would never stay here again.
