Quick stay, room size was...

The location and space were wonderful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room was small (I knew that) but how well it was planned was a pleasant surprise. There was space for luggage, two stools to sit, four wall hangers and a large TV. Full wall window opened the space to outside, with room darkening shades allowed us to sleep in long after the sun rose. The parking garage is access the street and easily 40% cheaper than others in the area. This hotel made our hope to be be close to Broadway and Times Square doable on a budget.

Tis hotel is overpriced as is many Manhattan hotels

We were 3 adults booked 1 room and on the check in we were giving a room with a bunk bed we are a couple and my aunt 72 years old so this type of accommodation was really awful. I went down the next morning and I found at the counter a young beatifull lady her name is Bhavana I exposed my concern that for my aunt the bunk bed is like climbing a mountain she listened to me very attentive and very polite she then told me "give me an hour or so and I see what I can do". Next to the counter is the Coffe Place she came to me telling us that she found another room perfect for us that she can make the transfer right away. Effectively this room was perfect. I GREATLY THANK BHAVANA with her attitude she shows her love for her work and the love for her company. I truly appreciate this service, I found it UNIQUE. I will book again. Thank you

The hotel is only 3 months old so everything is new and clean and the room is small but efficient and I’m just here for a weekend so it’s perfect.

Very cute boutique hotel in Manhattan we spent one night and girka had bunk bed which they loved never had one . It was vlean only downdide the bathroom lock was broken and then door pushed out so someone had to stand there Overall it was nice. Also the manager heated up our food because hotel dud not provide individual ones in unit probably not enough space. Really good use of space for unit we had. My granddaughters loved it I said in above text about the bathroom lock but overall I liked it

It was….ok. REALLY small for the price

stayed for one night, nice place and staff was accommodating to my early arrival.

Our plane landed at 7 o’clock in the morning and check-in wasn’t until 3. They allowed us to check our bags with them even though we didn’t get back until about 8:30 to actually check in. The room was very clean and stocked. The view was great. The only issue we had was that we tried to call several times during the day to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to check in until later in the evening. We were put on hold several times for a long periods of time. Ultimately, nobody took our call. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and took care of any questions or needs we had. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We didn't have our breakfast at this hotel. The location of the Hotel is great. But the room facility is very poor. Not even a chair to sit on for our selves or for a guest to visit us and not even a table for the laptop to work on. This is horrible!!!!! All these discomforts we forget only having the excellent behaviour of the hotel staff. They were very courteous, respectful and friendly. They are the assets of this hotel. If I visit this city again I will surely see them to say "Hello". Thank you. The room facility is very poor. Not even a chair to sit on for our selves or for a guest to visit us and not even a table for the laptop to work on. Shower room has no faucet for washing legs. Every time you can't use the shower, as it will drench your all body. This is horrible!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bunkbed was fun but not for kids as there is no side railing.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by how quiet it was, even though the hotel is located so close to the Times Square area The only downside was the staff. I found them to be a bit unfriendly, especially when I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout. The interaction felt somewhat rude and could have been handled more warmly

Not a big fan of the bathroom doors but overall is pretty spacious for 4 people in one room. Nice view if you like people watching into ypur room or theirs like my weird kids. Not enough tables space to place your items especially in the bathroom. Also no mini fridge which is a major bummer.
