It was….ok. REALLY small for the price

stayed for one night, nice place and staff was accommodating to my early arrival.

Our plane landed at 7 o’clock in the morning and check-in wasn’t until 3. They allowed us to check our bags with them even though we didn’t get back until about 8:30 to actually check in. The room was very clean and stocked. The view was great. The only issue we had was that we tried to call several times during the day to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to check in until later in the evening. We were put on hold several times for a long periods of time. Ultimately, nobody took our call. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and took care of any questions or needs we had. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bunkbed was fun but not for kids as there is no side railing.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by how quiet it was, even though the hotel is located so close to the Times Square area The only downside was the staff. I found them to be a bit unfriendly, especially when I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout. The interaction felt somewhat rude and could have been handled more warmly

Not a big fan of the bathroom doors but overall is pretty spacious for 4 people in one room. Nice view if you like people watching into ypur room or theirs like my weird kids. Not enough tables space to place your items especially in the bathroom. Also no mini fridge which is a major bummer.

The property is amazing!! The staff were so friendly & polite. The room was clean and looked just like the picture online. The sitting area was also nice too. The only thing they didn’t have in the room was a refrigerator to store drinks and stuff. I wish they had one of those, but other than that, great experience!! The location is also nice. It’s close to Times Square.

Location was great, parking across the street! The rooms looked a lot bigger in the photos, and there’s no real lobby… staff were kind on the whole!

Great stay - room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Price was reasonable.
