The location was good, and it wasn't too busy or crowded which was nice..no long waits for the elevators. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. I really don't have any complaints.

This is a good place to stay for a business trip. It was easy to drop off my bags earlier in the day. Check-in was smooth and my room was clean. My only complaint is the disparity between the location marker on the map and the actual location of the hotel. The marker puts the hotel between 5th and 6th avenue, when it is in fact between 8th and 9th.

Liked the location, the cleanliness, all staff were nice, bed are comfortable. Very nice courtyard. Our view from the room was very nice. I would go back. Was disappointed that there was no coffee machine in the room, the only thing missing but fortunately the hotel is surrounded by cafes.

Great location as it was close to subways, tourist attractions and food outlets. Room size limited but you don't spend a lot of time in it anyway. Comfortable beds!
-
The room is really small. One positive is the huge window thing that one can open the window. Because the A/C machine is terrible and feel like walking in North Pole. This place is best for short, one day sleep overnight thing. Not much amenities. We did not use the gym. Hello? NYC is an actual city where everyone walk 100 blocks. So that’s an urban walking gym. Other than that it’s okay. So so. Prefers to stay different hotels with some amenities included.

The location was exceptionally good. The rooms were too tight.

Great for a short business stay. Comfortable and quiet, good use of a small space.

Great Stay

The staff was friendly and available. They were flexible and let us check in a little earlier than expected, which was surprising and VERY helpful! The space was lovely and well-designed. The location was great and the cost of the small room was reasonable considering the location. We will definitely come here again when we need a hotel in NYC. Can't think of anything.

No bathtub only shower on the floor

The hotel was in a good location for us because we were using public transportation out of Grand Central and Penn Station. Midtown can be very touristy but also put us in a central location to get to other parts of the city. The room was extremely small so don't expect to spend a lot of time there. It worked for us because we really just needed a place to put our bags and sleep at night.
