Very good

Overall good stay. Room had steady drip sound, that I assume was coming from the pipes but it was a nice room nice shower and a nice view. Room was clean but there was one day where we didn’t get fresh bedding the housekeeper just re made the bed. Those are my only complaints, it really wasn’t a bad stay at all.

Overall the Grayson is a comfortable, modern hotel. The staff were uber-friendly.

Housekeeping was the biggest issue. Our room was never made up during our stay, and we were not provided clean towels despite requesting them. For a hotel at this price point, that’s simply unacceptable. The elevator situation was also frustrating — it was extremely slow, and since we were on a middle floor, it often arrived already full. At times we had to wait through multiple cycles just to get downstairs. The check‑in experience was another major disappointment. We arrived early due to our flight and put our name on the list at 8 a.m. to have the room ready as soon as possible. Even though the standard check‑in time was 3 p.m., we were still waiting at 6 p.m. with no clear communication or urgency to resolve the delay. Overall, while the staff at the front desk did their best, the housekeeping and operational issues made the stay far more stressful than it should have been. Serious improvements are needed.

The double room was so tiny and cramped. Pretty much two beds and nothing else. Dont expect much outside of two beds. Literally

Rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop bar is amazing, service is great, I will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful place in a great location, close to everything, including the subway station, restaurants, pizzerias, and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Okay for one night stay

Had the suite, it was great. Views from the rooftop were amazing. Breakfast at the restaurant was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a great time in it girls trip.

Hands down one of the best hotels I had stayed at in NYC. Location is perfect. Close to everything, but not in the middle of the Times Square madness. Hotel is clean, high end, and staff were very helpful. Give this 5 plus stars.

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant was very nice. Our stay was great. The only thing I noticed was that the ceiling looked unfinished. I thought I saw bare sheet rock on the ceiling with old water stains (room 1905).
