Grayson Hotel in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

The single bed rooms are smaller but have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We slept well and the blackout curtains worked perfectly! We had a lower room that wasn't facing the main street and actually enjoyed that because we didn't hear any street noises.

Great property. Nice room, able to move around well. Loved the shower in the bathroom. Excellent stay!

The hotel was in a perfect position for all the sights and attractions. Hotel was clean, friendly and had no issues at all during my stay. No budweiser at the bar lol

Cons: no fridge in room, lobby on the smaller side so can be chaos on busy days, short staffed so sometimes hard to get someone on the phone

The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the heart of the city and yet it was quiet. We stayed in a room for four people and it was really small for four people. No fridge, which was inconvenient, not even a small table to put things, only one small closet which is good for two people max, so we had to keep most things in suitcases. The door to the bathroom has gaps and is sliding both way, so there is very little privacy. It wasnt very clean in the room, we ordered room service and yet floors were always dirty, there would also be unfisished food from other guests in the hallways for more than a day, and I know for sure that staff was on the floor doing other services but they preferred to ignore unfinished burgers right in front of them. We had breakfast included and it was confusing and extremely annoying that 20% was always included in a bill even though you used a buffet, so what exactly are you paying extra for if you are carrying dishes yourself? I have really mixed feelings about this hotel. It has potential but it seems that some people who work there dont really care, and the automatic 20% gratuity was definitely a negative. I dont think I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Grayson Hotel! The location was perfect, the hotel was stylish and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was comfortable and convenient for exploring NYC. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
