The Bryant Park Hotel

Everything was good but it would be nice to know before booking that the lobby is under construction with loud noises and the bar was closed over the weekend.

The hotel is well located- super accessible and the staff is friendly. My major beefs were with the cleanliness of the room and noise. I don’t understand how, with a handheld shower head, there can be someone’s hair on the wall. And even worse, how after another cleaning, that same hair can still be there. Being thorough is a lost art. The noise issues were strange because they weren’t the expected city sounds- it kept sounding like something large was breaking or falling throughout the night. Unpleasant to say the least. I won’t be staying here again.

Just finished a stay at Bryant Park, hotel and staff are perfect. Hotel is very conveniently located and Bryant Park is a beautiful back drop. The room was big, clean and done to a high standard. The staff could not do enough for you, from the moment I checked in, I felt looked after and safe.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Fast elevators and clean hallways. Perfect location for getting to/from the train station but also downtown or uptown. Shower water was hot with great water pressure. Rooms were quiet but near the elevator. We did not hear any late night/early morning noise from the park which was great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that both my room and my mom's room had views that faced a brick wall or scaffolding. I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel before my trip and I'm thrilled to say I'll gladly stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean daily. Pleasant and Helpful staff The hotel offers luggage store after checkout free of charge. Also there is no breakfast at the hotel, they do offer every morning coffee and tea with a muffin. Be a were that the windows are not sound proof and the park and street can be quite noisy.

Attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful and specious room with a killer view of lovely Bryant Park. This hotel has become my happy place during my visits to New York.

Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment.

The perfect location, lovely boutique hotel, very pleasant and professional staff, great on site Japanese restaurant - though a bit noisy! Fabulous room, we booked Junior suite Park View, worth the extra. Would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are a nice size and the location could not be better. But, the shining star is the staff! They are A+. Helpful and kind 24/7. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal travelers.
