The Bryant Park Hotel

The location was a prime one no doubt. It was our wedding stay. The room we got was extremely spacious and facing Bryant Park. We could not have asked for a better accommodation. Room was very clean. It had bathtub and a shower, a little couch and a table to sit and have food at. Although there was construction happening outside one of the windows it still did not abstract the view we had. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

The staff here was amazing. They even upgraded our hotel room to a suite. They gave us complimented champagne and chocolates to help start my husbands birthday off. I’m forever grateful and 100000% recommend staying. I’ve been to New York several times; by far my best stay. The room sizes are very large. It’s right next to the 42nd train station Entry as well.

Check in was efficient. Staff was very affable and courteous. Room was spacious and well appointed. My only demerit is we left our bags with them after checkout and upon returning to collect them in the evening they had no bathrooms we could use before making our trek out of the city.

My family and I love to stay here! Definitely our favorite hotel.

The Bryant Park Hotel is ideally located to walk to everything you want to see in Midtown. The staff went above and beyond in every capacity. We so appreciated the flowers and chocolates but, even without these thoughtful additions, it was one of the loveliest stays we’ve experienced in the city. Thank you to all staff. Every encounter was professional, pleasant and efficient, which is just getting rarer by the day. Enthusiastically recommend.

Had there been no construction going on in the lobby area our stay would have been excellent and pleasant.

Great location and usually a very high level boutique experience. The entrance was under renovation and caused it to be quite unpleasant in the lobby area

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even adding a special unexpected celebratory gift for our anniversary stay. The rooms were recently renovated and very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nothing—we wish we could have stayed longer!
