Refinery Hotel

The hotel is located in a great central location, and the rooms themselves were very quiet. We loved everything about our stay here, the room was large for NYC, the staff was amazing and the restaurants were nice.

Engineer did come to room - but couldn’t fix Front desk didn’t mention in morning But stuff happens - a great hotel

Clean, quiet, excellent mattress, friendly staff, wonderful location near Bryant Park. On site restaurant was good as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was kind. I was greeted with a glass of wine and two bottles of water. A great start to a beautiful afternoon. She answered all my questions with a smile and was patient. Room was clean, dated but rich and classy which I love. Bed was soo comfortable that I will definitely come back just for a weekend getaway on a regular basis. Thank you and I appreciate the welcome note. Details matter.

The worst five star hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so loud they provide earplugs.

Location, room size

Great location but some updates are needed. Wifi kept kicking us off, the faucet to the tub fell off at one point and there's only USB plugs on one side of the bed. It's a fine enough hotel but pretty expensive for the quality.

the room is clean , the staff is nice . great location. the desk chair is not stable . I fell twice when I try to make me comfort in the chair.

But what truly makes a place special are the people, and the team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. Helpful, welcoming, always smiling definitely the highest rating from me. Honestly, everything was great overall

Love it

Hotel is very nice, good bar scene in the lobby and rooftop. Staff was attentive and the room is large for NYC, and the bed was just to our liking. Gave it 4 stars, would have given it 5, but the hallway is very dark by design, a little too dark for me.
