Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

Friendly staff, and hotel room was clean. The only slight issue was the elevator which sometimes was not too responsive to the room key, Continental breakfast had good options such as scrambled eggs, potatoes, bananas, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, orange juice, and coffee. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time . The only compilation was the refrigerator never worked. The food we bought for the week spoiled. The ice maker didn’t work. The freezer part was frozen over . I reported the first day because it smelled of spoiled fish . Housekeeping was sent up they used a defogger. I reported the second day and maintenance came up. The maintenance man said he had reported a week ago and it looked like it was not fixed . I reported it daily. The day before checkout the manager spoke with me . He said he would give us a discount on our last night . I do not know how that works since we booked through Expedia

The breakfast was well served and had variety. Sandra at the reception was very nice and helpful in our needs. The staff was very kind.

The central location, spacious room, the large fridge, and kitchenette were the reasons we booked. The room was like many in Manhattan: in need of refurbishment a decade or so ago. Old style, small sink, rough towels, smelly shower curtain.

The hotel location is excellent, the equipment is older, it could do with a renovation. The breakfast included in the price is sufficient, the staff is nice and helpful.

Great area. Right by a subway station and Bryant Park and great walking distance to many areas . Staff is super friendly and helpful.

However, many staff were extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast only runs until 9:30am.
