the rooms are very small. The bathroom is down the hall! But my biggest complaint was sound insulation. I could hear ppl moving around on other floors. Also, you can't have a guest up to your room, even for a few minutes. That felt pretty 3rd world.

This inn was decent for the price for mid-town Manhattan. Perfect location in the center of many things. The bathrooms were ok. I’ve seen cleaner. Overall it suited us for the one night we stayed there.

The bathroom was mostly clean (it's shared, so sometimes it was cleaner than other times). The staff was efficient, but not overly friendly.

One rude Central American receptionist; he was the exception, however. Everyone else was great.

The rooms are very clean however the bathrooms are not as nice. You do not have a private style bathroom it, they are Community bathrooms. I was not aware that there was no actual bathroom in our hotel room and so that was extremely disappointing especially since I was traveling with a smaller child. You will also not have any ports to charge your cell phone so make note of that as well. On the bright side you will be close to the Empire State Building as well as Times Square and other such attractions.

I wasn’t a fan of not having a bathroom in the room and having to share with multiple guests.

Room was dirty had some left over weed inside the closet and had my child with me and they switched us to a different room that room was leaking something from the ceiling and room smelled.

6 Stars! Everything is brand new, sterile clean. The staff Carlos and Zane were so helpful and kind. Great 24 hour NY deli right across the street. Truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Only suggestion- if you are staying on Friday or Saturday nights, get a room not facing the street.

The room was quite small, which was to be expected; however, the shared bathroom was not kept well. The water in the shower immediately pooled, there was no bath mat so the bathroom became quite wet quite quickly. The hotel is in the heart of the city so the noise levels were high but the hotel provided eye masks and ear plugs which we found helpful. The air conditioning was also minimal and we couldn't adjust the temperature so our room was warmer than we prefer. Lastly, there is a parking garage right across the street but it was nearly $100 to stay overnight.
