We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites in Manhattan! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooftop movie was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend Breakfast area was small but the food was amazing so it was worth the wait for a seat.

When we first got there didn’t have but 2 towels. I went to the desk right away. Had Housekeeoing bring more.

I was most happy with the location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to Times Square, the theater district, and restaurants. While the room was clean, the bathroom could stand a bit of a refresh/remodel. Offering breakfast is a great amenity, however, hunting for a table every morning was not and the breakfast was mediocre. Shocking because other Embassy Suites breakfast is amazing. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed.

Breakfast was another challenge. The kitchen and dining area were extremely crowded, making it difficult to get food and find a place to sit comfortably. Overall, the hotel felt too crowded, especially in the common areas, and the experience did not meet my expectations.

Other than the construction everything else was great.

The breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. The only complaint I would have is the speed of the elevators. No matter what floor you are on the elevators always took a lengthy period of time and were always full.

The happy hour and complementary drinks was nice. Breakfast was also good each day. Elevators were very slow, the common spaces during drinks and breakfast were always jam packed. When we arrived the toilet to our room wasn’t working, but they fixed fast. Rooms not very soundproof. Overall not a bad experience, but do wish they had warned that a parade would take place on our street and it would be blocked off nearly the whole day making it harder to commute that day in the area and was loud. The drinks were good and bartenders were very polite!

Highly recommended, the breakfast is a plus

We loved staying here. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel room was so much bigger than other NY hotels I have stayed in. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. We needed sheets for the pullout and they were delivered right away. We also were missing a hair dryer and it was delivered quickly. We loved the happy hour and the made to order breakfast. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location. Beautiful room. Great views. Nice space. Courteous staff. Fun amenities and socialization. Safe and secure. Budget friendly, modern and all you need plus more. First time to NYC and was perfect experience.
