My stay at the Embassy Suite, was excellent. My favorite part was the free delicious breakfast, complementary evening beverages and perhaps location, short walking distance to everything.
-
We had a kind bed for two people, and a full size pullout couch which was fine for a college student.

I had a very disappointing stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square. Upon arrival, the elevator was broken, and we were forced to use the stairs for the entire duration of our trip, which was incredibly inconvenient. The room was also unacceptably dirty, with issues ranging from the bathroom to the bedding. Furthermore, the breakfast quality was poor; the same cold, old potato wedges were served every morning, and the omelets were consistently overcooked. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this hotel.

1. The elevators were slow. I had read previous reviews regarding the elevators and it seems like things didn't change. Please do something about. Don't just say you are looking into it. Actually do it. 2. On the website and on the information paper I received when I checked in it stated there was a business room with computers. When I went to use the business room, I didn't see anything. I asked one of the hotel clerks about, they came and said they had gotten rid of it. False advertisement. You need to update website and disclose this. It's a shame because the room was good, breakfast was really good and fitness center was great.

Facility was under construction, dining area very small and staff were just fair.
-
Beautiful, affordable room with an incredible view on the 37th floor - didn't even pay extra for a high floor! Great amenities, free breakfast, drink vouchers at the bar, and excellent water pressure. Hard to beat.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

From the moment we walked in it felt so welcoming. The staff was helpful, kind and went out their way to help us. Definitely coming back.

The "room with a view" was meh...We had to look sideways out of the window to see the Empire state building. Three of us ended up sleeping in the king bed because the pull out couch bed was terrible. Room was pretty small. It was nice having a happy hour every evening. The front was under construction (but what isn't in Manhattan!). If I were to do it again, I would have saved the $200 extra per night for the "view."

All good

Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and never had any issue while staying there. I will say that this was the first Embassy that the beds were not as comfy or soft as other locations I’ve stayed at. They were a little too firm, but the breakfast buffet and happy hour is always a plus and was great! I definitely will stay here from now on

Good location Corridors didn’t smell clean

I am requesting a full refund because the room I received was not the room that was advertised and sold to me on Expedia. I specifically booked and paid extra for the Junior Suite with Empire Skyview. The listing clearly showed a bright, spacious room with multiple large windows and an impressive view of the Empire State Building. This advertised view and room layout were the main reasons I chose this room and paid a premium price. However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different room. Instead of the spacious room shown in the listing, I received a much smaller room that felt extremely cramped. The room had only one small window instead of the large window layout shown in the advertisement, and the famous Empire State Building view that I paid for was not provided. The room I received looked nothing like the one displayed on Expedia. It felt more like a small enclosed room than the premium suite that was advertised. This was a material difference that significantly reduced the value of my stay. The photographs I have attached clearly demonstrate the difference between the advertised room and the room I actually received. I relied on Expedia's listing when making my purchase, and the accommodation provided did not match that description. Because the room I received was materially different from what was advertised and paid for, I believe this constitutes a misleading listing. I respectfully request a full

It is in a great area. Staff were extremely helpful. There was a complementary drinks reception and plus got $30 voucher back to spend in the bar.

Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food. The shower was very nice and had good water pressure. The cost was a bit high.

Breakfast was chaos . Very busy no tables. Limited choice

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in NYC. The parking garage they suggested I park at is attached to the hotel so didn’t have to walk in the street with luggage. The hotel is extremely clean and room was great. The breakfast was amazing and I haven’t had a free buffet like that in a NYC hotel before! Plus you get 2 free drinks at an evening lounge. This is my new NYC hotel from now on!!

I took a bigger room with a nice view, but the A/C was not working properly. I called the staff they came and fixed it, couple hours later it stopped working again. Image the heat
